  1. Agility has the best emote in my opinion :D and as for runescape logging you out every 6 hours, how does that work? does it just suddenly log? or do you get a warning?
  2. well, you could get 99 fishing much faster with fly fishing, and at later levels monks, but you'll make a lot of profit with sharks :P but even if you do the fastest possible methods nolifing to get it, fishing is a cape to be respected
  3. woah woah, quest cape nooby? do you know how long it takes, and how dedicated you have to be to get it? have you suffered the agony of Mourning's End part 2 without a guide? sure, it may be a bit nooby if you use guides (I got mine using only a few, which was in my earlier days, before skill capes, and before the farming skill for that matter), but it is never as nooby as say, cooking or fletching. not that either of those are exactly nooby, but they don't instill the same kind of respect in me as, say, farming. but anyway, to get the quest cape is a LARGE accomplishment, and you should not be calling it nooby in my opinion. do you have a quest cape? I apologize if you do, but I doubt you do, or else you would know that this takes a hell of a lot longer than skills you can buy, especially if you don't use guides, and gather your own materials, as many people (including myself) have done.
  4. just like many other people, I have 5-9 :P the skills being attack, defence, strength, ranged, prayer (a lot of people actually don't have this since the new prayers, but I have 70 prayer and did Knight waves so...), and hitpoints I suppose if you count it, but I have my 5 in other skills anyway \
  5. seeing as I have all quests done, I loved SO many , but if I had to pick one off the top of my head, I would logically say rfd or fairy tale part 2 for the amazing rewards, but to be quite honest, it was a certain one (Tower of Life I believe, which I also like for the fast second ingredients) where they kept insulting me as someone who is all brawn and no brains, over and over again hinting about how they thought I was an idiot. Hilarious! :XD: what a lot of people don't understand is that jagex is not a name to blame all the faults with runescape on, but a company who is clever, funny, and try to make the game as fun and interesting as they can, and they do a lot of that through quests =D>
  6. posted on gof too, but I figure you want some posts in your real blog  gratz on the peehat (but they aren't discontinued, they spawn quite often in trollheim  ) and as for the bank pic, trade me that prossy skirt for my legs when I get back from vacation please? :P
  7. I couldn't answer. there is no monster hunting or combat option (unless you count leveling...)
  8. totally supported. I also think that you should get a trim on your quest and music capes if you have both, a possible idea imo. People have called my quest cape "not a real skill cape", because "it doesn't take nearly as much time as a 99 skill n00b!!!" or "well it's a stupid cape, because it can't have the +4 prayer trim, so you might as well have an obby cape". I am tired of this. the quest cape, takes quite a long time, and quite a bit of determination to get, as would the music skill cape. I want people to acknowledge how dedicated people can be and how much effort they put in to the game even if they don't have any level 99 skills.
  9. lol I think my fellow quest cape owners are pretty much the only people contributing to the "as soon as they come out" category, though there are some others who just can't do some, and then there are the nub quest cape owners who wait for a guide :P (though admittedly I occasionally wait for a guide just to see if there are any hassling items to get or if I need to switch back to normal spellbook, etc. )
  10. A good, well constructed guide in general :) I personally only kill ankous while on slayer, but I really enjoy them. my setup is pretty similar to your guthans one, just that I bring d skirt for when I'm not healing, wealth (you never know when a half shield will pop up, I've seen someone get one from skeletons and another from banshees), no pots (my d b-axe is all I need, the accuracy and defence aren't missed, and dds is pretty useless when I can 2-hit them anyway), and of course I bring my ecto to get back to duradel, not a glory for edge. Minor differences anyway, and maybe someday I'll try dharok. By the way, quest cape FTW!!! \
  11. Having done all quests to date, I can say with 100% certainty that MEP2 is THE MOST ANNOYING QUEST EVER (especially when you do it a on a day with high winds, so you get lots of lags and disconnects like me)!!! Some quests such as Monkey Madness, Underground Pass, and Rat Catchers were quite annoying, but nothing compares to MEP2, for many reasons that I will not even start describing.
  12. Interesting, seeing as guthans helm is valued over spear and you would have seen spear, not helm... and "[omg] i just remembered i was in tzhaar a guy sed help me (around lvl 90 odd attacking a lvl 143) so i go and start attacking it he dies and im like [omg] woot!!!! it was something like take: full saradomin take: rune boots take: ring of wealth take: coins (about 2M) and loads more so im like im bloody rich!! what about the lvl 143 you say?>? i kills me and i keep wealth rune boots and a bloody d long!! frustrated frustrated frustrated frustrated" you would have kept d long, sara plate and legs ------------------------------------------------------- My personal best (other than that one death pile I got, which was basically glory, rune boots, row, and zerker helm :) ) was... I was in shilo bank, just having gotten assigned infernal mages, my least favorite assignment that I actually do since I can only kill like 10 before going over and spending a few minutes healing on bloodvelds, and there were 2 other people in bank. One was a fairly low level (at max 95ish, since he was totally green), and a level 113. the 113 moves to another spot in bank, then back again. a minute or so later, the 95-ish starts walking out. I come back from my other tab, and see a red dot on the mini-map. I pick it up before I can really tell what it is (just as mr. 95 turns around to get it), and I look at it. It was a sara robe top. Free... 500-700k I think. I thanked the 113 profusely, he just said he didn't need anymore ( :? )
  13. well I haven't had many good clues.. best was a level 3 I got after 10 green drags when I was but a wee level 60-some, and it was my first level 3. Guthix helm and black cav, opened in level 56 wildy. Switched beween those 2 the whole walk (walk, not run) back, never got pked. Back then I didn't know about screenies, but this is my most recent clue, and screenied too :)
  14. pretty nice guide. Personally Bones to Peaches is pretty low on my priority list for "things to buy", so I've only used hally (and once javelins to get rid of them, I didn't want to just drop them, and it ended up getting me a few 100k from drops and some 70Kish range xp I think). The only major part of your guide I don't follow is that I keep gems above sapphire (and I turn the sapphires into bolt tips, free crafting and feltching xp on the spot and it only takes 2 spaces for the tips and chisel), I keep herbs above tarromin (though if I'm near the end of an assignment and out of space harralanders are the first thing I'll drop), and I keep mith bars. I also have a little addition for halliers. I bring d hally, d b-axe, and barrelchest anchor. I b-axe as soon as one of my stats changes after I come in (max use of the strength bonus), and I do the first attack on each using the anchor, because it has a bit more strength and accuracy than hally. then at half spec I use the anchor special, and when special is full again after that I do b-axe special again. It works out that I use the b-axe special as soon as the stats that it lowered are back to normal, so I don't end up with them going too low. also It's handy to have the anchor for when I get kebabs, since hand-to-hand with the anchor is much faster, and I kill them that way whenever I get kebabs. Lastly, thanks for the tip about Nardah. I had been banking in Sophanem, but the altar would be helpful.
