it depends, if you PvP, high str, if you only fight monsters, high def (because monsters usually dont pray, switch attacks, pot etc.

you could, if you keep efficent. find out your max hit, halve it and train on a monster that has hp in multiples of that number to make most effiecent use of you arrows, and if you train on guards, warrioirs, giunats etc., you can take their arrow drop to boost your ranging time gd luck!

i was still failing the traps at 62 (albeit not very often) so get as it as high as you can stand to train (56+ would be best, regicide, roving elves etc. are good quests)

if you have money to burn, the best armour is torags (no hammers), full crystal shield, fury ammy, rune boots, 'barrows' gloves and a fire cape. but you can get great def without the caper and gloves, as they are very hard to get

best profit - in (3)s. but most poeple wont buy if they aren't in (4)s

if p2p, you could get 60 for dragon

sheepdean is a reversal of a nickname from someone from my old school - name was dean, and we somehow decided that he was a sheep. we called him deansheep, and when i was thinking up a handle for the first time, that popped into my head. sounds better eversed, and it stuck
