manta rays are very hard to gtet, you need to do a very long multi player mini game to gte some, its better to get sharks when you get to those levels

well, i think you should get up agility, defence, strentgth and fishing and cooking

i would reccomend smithing steel nails out of your steel bars and not switching to another metal - now that members have a use for steel nails, f2p are going to become major suppliers, and you can sell the nails for 100 ea - thats 1.5k per bar!

you simply click on the vial he gives you and your chartacter will take one sip from the potion (i think you are given two doses at a time from him)

champions scrolls are members only RANDOM drops from certain specified creatures, which allow you to challange the champion of the race of monster you killed. there is no known way of increasing their drop rate, and a full guide is availiable here

spider eggs are found at the end of varrok sewers - protected by red spiders. limps are also dropped by hobgoblins, str pots are potions that tyemporoairly increase you strength level

cake stalls are good, and you can stel from guards in the same area if that gets too boring
