its not that hard. i did it at around level 69 or 70 with worser stats that you. i potted and i specialed her. the ice warriors don't really hit that much one you. i used a dlong and full rune.

the dragon shield half dropped from monsters is either always the right or left part...i don't remember. the other half is bought from the legends guild for 750k. and you neeed 60 smithing to make a dragon shield

it would be alot harder for mages to level up- don't alot of them use high alch to gain magic xp but not hp xp? also, it would be kinda annoying- when im trainig and if the monster im training on drops good things and alch runes, i tend to alch the stuff there instead of going to my bank and then alching it...

but if you only brought a rune pickaxe and maybe a few food, the only thing you would loose would be ores...

i died with mime stuff a couple times, and i got hacked and lost mime stuff...but i have enough bank space too keep all my randoms...plus, i don't get randoms that often...

only for members, and only members can enchant it. nonmembers can still make ruby rings.

i dunno defense-wise, but training on deadly red spiders is a great way to get xp for me. i have 55 defense, so i don't know if it would do any good to you...

all dyed capes can be worn in f2p. freminick capes and wilderness capes can't be worn in f2p. for gloves, pretty much all the gloves from canafis can be worn. i know for sure ice gloves can't be worn but im not sure about mim gloves...

can you get back wolfbanes or doctors gowns?

can you get back a dramen staffs, wolfbanes, doctors gowns, or oily fishing rods after you drop them? are they of any use or value?

you can get as many as you want. but when you get another one, your other shields must be dropped or in bank note form.

dragon scimmys probably your best choice.

just train on anything...
