I saw Pirates of the Caribean - Dead Mans Chest, last night. I knew it couldn't be as good as the original but I still went in hopes of it being a good movie. I expected it to be awful and cheesy. I was wrong. I thought Depp (again) lifted this movie to the next level. I thought the whole Canibal chase thing was very well set up and that part alone would have made the movie. Unfortunately the standard fell a bit towards the middle and end. It was still brilliant though.
