Gladz for #1 if we can get our ~200 retireds active again. B) Rivalries are the best way to get members back into the game. I won't purposely recruit anyone, however, since rivalries often tend to decrease as time continues and it's likely that they would drift back into retirement after 1-2 months.

Good fight. I DC'ed so missed the fight after taking that picture, but we performed very well. Despite having an unfortunate DC, we pulled ourselves together and had some great tanking in order to secure victory.

We don't really have any rivalries. I miss them sometimes, but I would only describe an opponent as a rival if we fought at least 2 times per week, mostly unplanned. At the moment, it is often weeks between fights with some opponents so rivalries don't have any chances to prosper.

After beating Legendz yesterday, we massed up a healthy 32 people to T0's 22. We thought the fight would allow range but apparently Luke can't read, so we unfortunately had to bank our bows and settle in for a long fight. Starting: We started off well and jumped into the lead, although T0 had some resilient snipers who consistently posed issues. I think your argument holds a lot of substance, but I have a few points which show its weakness. 1) The "activity" of the clan world is not dropping at the moment. The number of fights remains constant and members are extremely active, but they are perhaps having to be 3-4x more active than would be expected a few years ago. 2) Requirements are extremely high in clans, but that certainly isn't the big problem. Gladz had requirements of 110F2P several years ago and maintained a huge memberlist. The problem lies in that people 1) aren't interested in clans because there is no incentive (i.e. drop loot when PK'ing), 2) clans have too high expectations of members and 3) fights last too long for new members to enjoy them. It's still possible to gain plenty of recruits. If necessary, the RSB is filled with recruitment topics. We're simply not searching for members with the same resilience anymore. Places such as Tip.it are filled with users who are already in a clan or have chosen not to join one. The "silent majority" still exist, but they haven't been approached.

Extra publicity should generate a large turnout. :thumbup: P.S. If Legendz decline, I'm more than willing to organise a PKRI with you guys sometime.

What styles does you clan normally fight with? In PvP, we certainly prefer all-styles. Our blast unit is formidable. However, a lot of clans don't enjoy all-styles, so we typically fight with melee & binds only or melee/binds/range. Would you be willing to fight with more styles added into fights (should you usually limit your styles to say melee+binds only)? All-styles provides the most enjoyable fights. Of course! What is your opinion on this topic (was I out of line in anything)? That question's certainly odd. Looks like you've been put under pressure to behave, ma boy!
