  1. At the Dungeoneering Challenge room: Enigmatic Hoardstalker's Riddle I got the riddle "A serpent am I, yet on land I would die." Which rune tips has as answer: Cave eel (o) or Dusk eel. However I tried a short finned eel and it worked too. (sorry no pics).
  2. I thought they were called VampYre Juvinates Nah it seems to be an overlooked loophole. They were all vampires such as count draynor and the guy from dt. But then they seemed to decide to change them to vampyres. (thou count draynor, the dt guy and lord drakan are still refered to as vampire; as well as they random vampires that can lea at u in haunted wood) Vampire Juveniles got changed to Vampyre to match vyrewatch and the new vampyres that spawn when guthix balance goes wrong. But the vampire juvinates still seem to retain their old names. \i'm fairly sure i've remmebered this correctly, but it has been a few years! Only way it could be part of some kind of lore move is if vampires and vampyres turn out to be slightly different; eg perhaps vampires are born as a species that reproduces and vampyres are people who have been turned. Not that I would have ever thought to be saying this but runescape wiki has nice info about the vampyre/vampire difference. But yeah the vampires are the silly creatures that you can beat easely and the vampyres cannot be harmed except with the flail.
  3. Sorry I ment 17k-18k, but I understand what you said already :)
  4. I agree with this, tipit shouldnt include all kind of ways for pures etc. It would clutter up the usefull guides. And besides, isnt it easier to use a ring of recoil to kill the lvl 2 man if you are a phoenix member? (you would have to be member though)
  5. It's completely valid actually. I didn't say that members areas never get updated. I even mentioned some of the updates that I can think of off hand. I also credited jagex on having a great art/graphics team. I think that they have been building beautiful environments lately. There are only 3 parts of the free map that haven't seen a graphical update. The woods north of fally, the woods west of lumbridge, and karamaja. Woods north of fally update [hide][/hide] Woods west of lumbridge update [hide][/hide] I think that the payed world should be updated more frequently than the free world. Not the same speed, and not slower as we've been seeing. Oh and here is yet another lumbridge retouch [hide][/hide] But why do you want P2P only areas updated so much? F2P areas are P2P too and are more used than P2P only updates. It is not like you won't be visiting F2P areas right?
  6. @your can your mac do this? pic simple answer: Macs don't have internet explorer :P But I laughed at it :P
  7. Mod edit: Removed bad post. But seriously gratz on your achievment :D
  8. The two mods that knows the most of bots, I would like to hear why they thought they had bots under control at the start of free trade and why it wasn't, also if they are planning great methods against bots in the near future.
  9. If a forum mod said that, there is no need to worry. Forum mods are just like player mods normal players who don't know everything.
  10. Ardy/Yanille/Seers/Catherby have looked the same since they've been released lol. I bet Al Kharid gets an update before any of those. Ardy and seers got retouched. Ardy when RSHD came out (summer '08) and seers a bit later i think. Ardy looks nice, but seers was a sloppy recycle of previous tiles. I really want to see the gnome areas retouched. JaGex has a great art/graphics team (in my opinion) and they could really make areas like the tree gnome stronghold shine. Euuh... You guys forgot something, Trolls? Since when is the troll area f2p? :P Oh and don't forget the lost city (zanaris). F2P areas get updated much more frequently than P2P areas do. I would be fine if Jagex redid the graphics on all of the free world before they started working on the members areas, but that's not what we see. F2P ares will be updated over and over again, while P2P areas rarely see graphical updates. I see those "updates" you mentioned as things they tried to see if it worked, I think they will update every area of runescape from now on in the same quality as at lumbridge swamp. And still your argument isn't valid, zanaris (lost city) has been updated at least twice (maybe even three times). And as far as I know f2p areas are p2p too.

  12. I am 100% sure it wasn't there 5-6 weeks ago. Though I can't test it because my computer is being repaired...
  13. so hopefully no rollbacks for the people who were logged in.
  14. Yes you will still be getting them, nothing you can do with them though. Thought you could only get them before you defeated the champion and people with multiple scrolls just hadn't killed the champion yet. Well I am not 100% sure because I have never got one.
  15. Yes you will still be getting them, nothing you can do with them though.
  16. maybe from charm sprite hunting? or does it have a summoning req?
  17. This is because of the rare drop table update, but I don't understand your roughly 9k statement, I don't see how 14k is roughly 9k.
  18. nice to bring an old conversation back, just browse the last 5 pages or so to see the same discussion.
  19. I think he means that he would like to see a list of all the NPC's and there location. While tip.it doesn't have that, it does have a list for all the NPC's that are used by clue scrolls: http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=treasure_trails_npc.htm I don't know if it is worth the time to do all other NPC's.
  20. Are you sure? We don't mention this on the itemsDB page for the ring of wealth, and the game update for the RoW doesn't mention charms either. Well I am not 100% sure, but I can remember there were some problems with the ROW while slaying hellhounds, the hellhounds gave strange amounts of charms (green and above) while less gold when wearing the ring (is already fixed). Could be that this was just a bug and it doesn't affect charms though, the thread of jagex about it does not longer exist.
  21. You seem to be missing the vecna skull in the calculator ;)
  22. Did you use a ring of wealth? As it does influence charm drops now.
  23. This was released at the same time the urns were released, the same as the one south of edgevill.
  24. That you don't have the problem doesn't mean that it is always user based... @Ava Which browser (internet explorer, google chrome, safari, opera etc.) and which OS (windows, mac, linux etc.) are you using? (and which version number of those?)
