It is possible to play runescape on your iPad, the only thing is that you need to have runescape running on your computer and you have to run an app on your computer and iPad so that you basically control your computer with your iPad. It has no advantage, it has a disadvantage. I tried it and it is horrible :P

I started playing in january 2005 just before slayer came out (I have got a rubber chicken on essiw), a half year later classic became closed for new accounts (I couldn't play it because it didn't let me on my mac).

I didn't do any dungeon before level 33. Got to that level with tears of guthix before I did begin the skill. (same as for construction, still haven't build anything except a workbench for a quest)

You mean that when runescape needs to load the new area you are walking in it takes 30 seconds instead of 5? I already got that for 2-3 weeks, thought it was just mac users.

If it is true that hard and/or elite do give that kind of description then don't delete the crate, hemenster one. However I can't remember if it was that way. And adding northwest of ranged guild to the short one seems a good change to me :)

I would like to thank the crew for the awesome work done with this recent update :D One little thing that would make it better to read: If you chose to keep the underline at the hyperlinks then switch the colours to have the coloured underline as inactive underline and the white underline so that when you hover the coloured underline changed to a white one. This would make it easier to read and it would also create the effect needed (as you want someone to see the colour change when it hovers on a hyperlink, now you don't see it because it is the same colour as the text when it changes)

If this is indeed fake, I would think he put switched between the real RS client and the fake one. That way it is possible with good editing skills.

Thanks Loffelicious, forgive my ignorance. Does that mean you can get the drops anywhere? I think the ring glowed for the earth talismen as well. If they are indeed from the updated rare drop table you could get them from every monster that drops things from the rare drop table, you do not need a ring of wealth for it. Also if you got screenshots that shows the drops it would help the crew a lot ;)

I had thought of that, but would a pic really prove it? Anyone could fake such a drop by cutting the logs themselves, note it, and post a pic of it, claiming a drop like myself. Not likely, but not really "proof", if you know what I mean. I guess it would be better if multiple players had experienced the same drop, making it more believeable. Perhaps if it was reported "x" amount of times, it would not need to be in italics any longer? Something to think about. The problem is that there are not that many submissions about the same things (except for things like clue scrolls), so waiting to get multiple players saying the same thing when there is already a screenshot takes to much time. And even then they could fake it with a few friends.

I got the same problem when doing the quest, I didn't want to follow the guide but I checked it for the required items, it did not say a bucket of sap, so I was already in the desert when I needed it.

I would like to thank all the mods/admins and other players that have made this discussion possible without flaming and if the persons who did get banned get a second chance (not sure if I got this correctly that that is a possibilty) I wish them goodluck and advice them to chose their words wisely in the future and I hope they will have fun again at plating on tipit. I hope I didn't post this on the wrong place, just wanting to say that I think it is going the good way right now.

We're relocating somewhere that we won't have to wake up every day wondering which user is gone. I was simply stating the opposit of that he said. He said that the tip.it community is like RSOF if those people are not here, I just said that what he said just looks like a RSOF thread. You could edit your last post and explain in there why you think your idea is better so the topic starter reads it (you could even colour it to make him notice it). And then the other person will just repeat their statement as well. It needs to be obvious to the person you're trying to help exactly how ridiculous some of the other advice is, or they'll seriously consider ir like jaffy said, the person you are helping on won't believe you more then the other person if you start calling the other person dumb. If you really want to help the person and see no other way you could sent him a pm.
