Your favorite most effective movie scenes
I remember that scene, i love Daniel Day-Lewis in that film. And your signature has reminded me of another of my favourite moments. The fight off between the German and French national anthems in Ricks Bar, exceptional scene.

Osama wants us to convert to Islam!
Baron, i can not beleive you are taking quotes out of the Qu'ran and showing them with no context. When you know full well anyone can take quotes from the Bible and show that to be doing exactly the same - promoting violence.

The future?
Im not doubting it could be built, I am doubting your assumption of the destruction of morality through the government, i mean your visions are as extreme as Orwell's 1984. The only situation in which things like that happen is through appauling politics (AKA China) and that is never likely going to affect Europe or America or happen to anywhere near that scale anywhere in the world. Look at America for example, people get pissed off when taking their right to bear arms away, imagine if all this technology you suggest was attempted to be enforced?

The future?
The world will never accept that, there'd be revolution before most of those things could happen. Things that affect every individual will be challaneged by the community, the future will be steady as it is now. We will have more super powers, more possible cold war like situations, harsher terorism possibly but i doubt a new world war will ever happen. Industry particulaly in the west will be crippled by green conservation methods enforced by the UN if we don't find a better way to manufacture. The economy will be affected for a time, but as always science will prevail. We'll have to fight more natural disasters but i think that will be the worst that happens.

What is Christianity? (A CALM discussion of what it's about)
Yes, sorry i do not mean to generalize. Then again though, being liberal with christianity is flaunting some aspects of the Bible, and so for many reasons i think it attains to double standards, accepting some parts of the Bible and denying others. I'm not talking really about myths as Noah's ark and so on, I'm rather talking about some of the morality that is sometime shown throughout the Bible, from different people. Which generally goes against modern society's views.

What is Christianity? (A CALM discussion of what it's about)
Christians can not catch a break with me really. Shortened down (since it's late). Those who follow the Bible literally hold what i see as prejudice beliefs a well as the nievity to follow an ancient document and trust their interpretation of it to be correct. Christian Liberals just seem to pick and choose what they think is relevant to todays society. I think they'd be more suited as deists if anything really. Just this Jesus buiness holding them back under the label. Really though, for each it comes down to the fact that i do not think divine revelation is anyway to gain truth (or that it is even possible). I'm an empiricist, and i'd challenge any Christian that their fundemental beliefs come from epiricism as well. I think we are all empiricists, just some of us are clouded by this divine revelation.

Official chat list sticky?
I thought there was an official tip.it channel in runescape hosted by Light. Now she's gone i guessed someone would be making a new one or something? Not that it really affects me since i don't play but I guess it would be better if you officially removed it since people probably do still think that it is official.

My issues with Athiests.
Offence isn't justification to ban, people are offended by many things. Racism and the like are subject to censorship because it incites discrimination. Denying the holocaust is denying an event, and not hurting or inciting harm to anyone.

God mode moments.
Yeah, i bought that album after you suggested it and said I'd wet myself :P Piano rocks, specially in that song and in "As I Sat Sadly By Her Side" and "Fifteen Feet Of Pure White Snow". I'll get the other album you mentioned yesterday soon as well, hope it is as strong an album as that this one though. Anyway, I'm now listening to that song.

I do not understand, how did he do harm to others by denying them?

My issues with Athiests.
I think there are many cases in which it's valid to have an issue with sombody's beliefs, especially when they aim to degrade, discriminate or harm another individual. Take the Ku Klux Klan, for example. In my opinion, the line is where the belief/religion begins to negatively effect the believer or other individuals (either through physical or psychological damage). There is a difference between having a racist belief and acting on that though, I'm not overjoyed when people have racist beliefs but as long as they do not spread that then thats their opinion. Acting on that, like if they were to not employ someone because of race, is discrimination. Anyone should be able to hold any belief, but where to draw the line at when to punish a person because of a belief and that infringing on personal liberty is often hard. I mean take for example the historian who refused to believe that the holocaust happened, or happened to the extreme's it did. In Germany and other European countries that means a jail sentance and he got one, something which i feel is completley against someones liberty.

Burglar caught after writing his name at the scene
Or disrespectful enough to write that on a wall. Let me say, this isn't a reflection on the people of Manchester.
