Well, I want to take a shot at getting 99 fletching. I'm 88 fletching atm, with about 10-13M cash to spend. Profit would be nice, but I'm fine breaking even. I was just wanting some input on how I should go about doing this. Here are a few methods I've considered; A) Buying Mage logs/bowstrings, selling or alching, repeat. B) Buying Yew logs/bowstrings, selling or alching, repeat. (since material cost is lower, less breaks needed. Yew is also easier than magic to buy) C) Buying yew logs, cutting, selling or trading for more logs (I hate stringing). D) Method A or B except trading finished product for materials.

If you also obtained fire cape, you could add like a lava trim to the cape, that'd be cool :). You'd be able to show off your level 99 stat aswell as the fact that you succeded in obtaining a fire cape. Edit: heh, just got home from work, which was right after school, I though this was a suggestion thread xD, didn't realize there was an actual update

Recently YouTube changed their player, that might have a factor in it, i dunno. To turn Javascripting on, in mozilla firefox , Tools > Options > Content > Check the Javascipt boxes. If it doesn't help, try using a different brower.

*shudders* It took me freaking 4670 tickets for rune. I would get 1000 tickets, go up and fight, then go get 1000 more, and keep doing that. I know it was 4670 tickets because i still have 330 in the bank.

It would take you 11,634 flax to spin to get 61 crafting. It's a lot, but you would make money off it. If you buy flax 100ea, sell bowstrings 160ea you would make 698,040gp. You might be able to sell bowstrings higher than 160ea. Actullay I'd buy most if not all of them at 170ea :lol:

I try to never hold onto high value items for long due to value decreases. If I don't plan on using guthans for a few weeks, i just sell it and when i do need it, buy it back. If i plan on ranging I'll buy a ranger set and sell as soon as I'm done (unless I only plan on ranging for a short while).

With hally (usually) you're not allowing yourself to take damage, so it doesn't really matter.

Sometimes when I'm loading a new (large) page or something of the sort, my music will do that, It'll like repeat the same two seconds of the song like five times. It's just lag for me, but with specs like that, Runescape shouldn't lag your music like that. What do you use to play your music? I use Windows Media Player (just because i like being able to see ALL my music at once with all the extra information aswell). I'm not sure, but maybe a difference player might make a difference.

The house method works, it's what I do, another way though, but significantly slower, is to wear a duel ring, after you open chest, tele to Duel Arena, walk east and re-charge prayer, ecto and walk to canafis.

If you plan on not praying on some of them, always safe eat, don't let your health drop too low. Especially on Guthan, sometimes you'll get unlucky and he'll hit like 24, 18, 22. When I barrow, i use my base prayer on Dharok, leftover on Karil, and pray on none of the others.
