They are a nice break from some of the more demanding tasks, I think I got around 10k slayer experience from them maybe less.

I thought this was a particularly good task. In 118 Basilisks I got: 825 Water Runes 141 Nature Runes 4 Ranarrs 2 Basilisks Heads And a nice chunk of experience. Rate or hate I don't mind too much, I just thought it was pretty neat. :)

Sorry for the no updates, yesterday my internet cut out early in the morning. I have a nice Basilisk task to finish later when my homework is up to scratch and lots of pictures to upload including two apparently rare drops. :-w

If Prime drops something good how do you get to it without Supreme attacking you? I was thinking telegrabs but you didn't have any. :o Keep up the great work!

But instead he trained it with Slayer and has a nice level whereas most people who use Pest Control can't even kill Spectres. 10/10 man! :D

Coming from a level 90 Slayer I like to take your advice into consideration. If I didn't it would make me look like a fool, I had little knowledge of "hardcore" slaying when I started towards 85 so I want all the advice I can get. I have decided to swap to Chaeldar as my Slayer master and see how that goes. I am going to continue cannoning some tasks, but when my 14k C Balls run out I shan't buy anymore. Heph has told me it took about 15k cannonballs from 83 - 85 Slayer so I might buy some more then. Thanks everybody for your comments and support! :

Surely if I wanted faster slayer exp I would keep the cannon, I have 15k cannon balls left and money for more. Are you really sure that selling the cannon would make me get the levels faster? Oh and by the way I ike your methods of encouragement, so subtle I barely noticed them concealed in your post...

If it is the most boring skill in the game surely it takes the most effort...? Congratz, 99 WC is something that deserves a 10/10! :)

Thanks everyone, I am already back into the swing of things. I think my cannon decaying without the warning coming up was what sent me a bit over the edge, it was really annoying having to stop my task to go and get a new one. I am going to persevere and continue slaying. 70 isn't that far off the horizon. :D

I'm really struggling at the moment, the slow slayer exp is starting to annoy me and my cannon just degraded without the warning message which has put me in an even worse mood. Yet again I am seriously close to giving up on yet another goal. :(

This update looks really good, I know my spectre tasks are going to be easier from now on! I probably won't do the diary until the crowds die down though.

Those who helped research this would already know it is coming, but I had already forgotten so thanks for reminding me! :P I think this will be an excellent database.

Don't complain then, the helmet is worth more than a chain. :P
