Blurred images on TIF
Well yesterday I was uploading pictures to my blog, and they all seemed to be blurred. I checked the PNGs and they were fine on my desktop, but everything from peoples signatures to the "Post Reply" button is making things appear blurred for me right now. I'm pretty sure it is just this site, is there anything I can do to change it back?

Latest Attempt - C/C Appreciated
Well I know that people here don't like others posting their first attempts when so often they aren't that good, so I have been reading a lot of tutorials and practising different skills such as smudging etc. I'm pleased with this and wanted to know what everyone else thought? I didn't put any text on it as I know that can be seen as a distraction, and I struggled to find things to fill the bottom left so I understand if that is a weak point. Thanks guys! ;)

Riff's Road to Taskmaster
People have been 26king since the dawn of PvP worlds, Jagex discourages it but they haven't ever done anything about it. The only reason it has become so popular recently is because it is amazing cash, but tbh I prefer the brawlers. I might even stick to 26king in the future if brawlers stay the same rarity they are now. Also, is it my pc or are my pictures slightly blurry? They seem fine saved on my pc but loadsof TIF seems really blurred to me right now.

Riff's Road to Taskmaster
I used my ranged brawlers and got about 230k exp in one hour, those things are great. I got another hours worth of potential whilst doing that and got these three kills, I'm worried I'm doing something wrong or it has been changed because they've been getting progressively worse. I'm going to keep at it because it is such good experience however, and I'm thinking of using my melee brawlers on my current Black Demon task for more ep. :)

Riff's Road to Taskmaster
The first batch this morning was good, bringing in around 2.5M. The second batch was disappointing, the only good thing was the Ranged Brawlers really.

Riff's Road to Taskmaster
DO NOT WANT. :wall: Thieving/Agility/Prayer/Firemaking/Smithing/Ranged/Cooking brawlers only please. I think I made like 5m cash today, so I know what I'm doing until this is fixed. :D

16th June 2009 Bounty Worlds and Gravestones
I don't think they did somehow, I've done some tricking today and I've gotten a lot of statuettes and other decent drops amounting to an obscene amount of cash. As far as I'm aware it is still the same system as when they updated it.

Riff's Road to Taskmaster
Three more pks for you to feast your eyes on, about 2.5m in loot. Currently I'm spending 1 hour in a hotzone, revising or watching TV etc and a further ~20 mins getting kills. It is something ridiculous like 1.5M/hour at the moment, it won't be long till Jagex fixes it so I want as much money and brawlers as I can get. :)

Riff's Road to Taskmaster
I should've gotten about 300k more xp with the brawlers, however I stupidly used about 300 charges not in the Wilderness, I was too close to the ditch. #-o <- Died and lost loot. Fishing brawlers are a pain and not really fast experience, so I might leave them alone for a while and just get ep by standing in hotzones until I get more gloves.

Riff's Road to Taskmaster
My god, the new PvP drops are good. I got myself 61% ep by standing around in a hotzone for an hour (had 11% previously) and got these fine drops. Added up to 1.6M and three brawlers plus 600k in junk, I think I'm going to continue doing this till it is nerfed.

Excellent, hopefully this update will cause an increase in dragon boots, whips and dark bows prices. :)

Kent's guide to Slayer mastery! NEW SECTION!!!
Hi Kent, was just wondering if you were planning on finishing the Dark Beast and Warped Terrorbird sections? The Tbird section would be especially useful to me, as I can imagine you will find a great method for 88+ Summoners there. Thanks again for the awesome guide, it is realy helping me to get the best out of Slaying. :)

Riff's Road to Taskmaster
Well with only two exams to go in the next two weeks I am trying to get back into the swing of Slaying. I am hoping to start getting 100k experience a day in Slayer during the holidays, but this will require a hellova lot of dedication so it might not happen. I also found out that 1 Slayer xp will gain you around 0.9 Summoning xp, so I don't think 95 Slayer will get me 96 Summoning. Now, I may decide to continue slaying after that or quit and do something else for a while. We'll see. I'm also unsure as to whether or not I continue banking my drops or selling them on as I get them. On one hand it'd be cool to see how much I made from five slayer levels, but I'm also running the risk of losing out on profit due to changing prices. Any ideas?

Are you self suffcient?
Self sufficiency isn't about profits, nor is Runescape. The point of both is to have fun. If you like being self sufficient, you should be. If not, then buy the stuff. There is no right or wrong answer to this question, after all. Lol! Self sufficiency = not fun. How is doing something a 4 year old fun. If you like waisting your time, sitting infront of a tree bored out of your brains cause you dont understand how the game works do that. If you want to unlock all the game content and really have fun, use the GE. There actually is a right and wrong answer, and that is "do what is the most fun/efficient" do not waist your time to be "self suffiecint" 99 coking is 99 cooking if you fished the fish or didnt.. either way. I know this may seem wrong in many readers eyes. But in my years of playing, training one skill for a week is better than changing skills every 20mins. I am training slayer at the moment, I am going to be level 99, I use cannon in most cannonable tasks, why would i want to be "self suffiecit" and waste my time doing things such as making cannonballs, making my own potions, it works out better to sell all my herbs, buy pots, sell items like d boots in the GE and buy more cannonballs.... self sufficiency.. hmm yawns [/hide] Your idea of fun is not everybody's idea of fun. I personally enjoy fishing and woodcutting. And, no, I am not 4 years old. And, yes, I do understand how the game works. If you haven't noticed, the highscores are based on a thing called "experience", not networth. Therefore, experience is the thing to strive for in this game. LOL? look me up? I think I am doing pretty well in the highscores without at all being selfsufficient. Being effiecint and using player trade/ GE is a factor helping you increase your xp and gold per hour.. In fact I am very poor for my level, (80m) all up. So it shows you that whilst I have a low networth, I have made alot of experience from being efficient and trading etc. (over 280million) I never said oyu were 4, but anyone that has studied basic highschool economics (im a universtiy student) will understand the principle of comparative advantage. To be honest, you do not understand this principle and you are just an average runescape player that has not yet come to a soft of "enlightement" of sorts where you realise the true relationship of time. methods.and money in the game. I love woodcutting too, I enjoyed cutting willows and I love fishing too, but I would rather get the fastest xp per hour possible., then after do something more monetarily rewarding... eg. If you play for 2 hours. better to fish at barbarian whirpool for 1 hour than rc for 1 hour, than fish sharks for 2 hours. Its really basic what im saying. players that are self sufficient are waisting their time when they could be doing better things. Sorry if i am comming across as rude, but if you follow this prinicple you will: a. be richer in the long run b. be able to spend more time doing fun things and end game content earlier c. have more xp and levels How arrogant can you get? as unk0wnwarrior pointed out, it is a game and therefore we play to have fun. If someone thinks that gathering their own materials and playing at a slower pace is fun, then it is for them. It isn't stupid, and it isn't a waste of time. Hell, I could say that you are wasting your time training Slayer past 90 because it offers no more benefits after that, but I don't because everyone players differently. You are entitled to your own opinion, of course, but it is completely ignorant to say that self sufficiency is "wrong" and anyone who thinks otherwise is four years old.

Call of Duty: World at War
I'm downloading the new maps as I speak, I was watching my brother player and it looks like a decent buy. The zombies looked great until "helldogs" started spawning from electricity clouds. Wtf? I'm hoping the new maps renew a bit of my old interest in the game, I'm looking forward to whacking out the Thompson again.

A little project of mine.
2/10, the stats are nothing special even if you did get them all even.

OMG I Broke the Game! :o
Huge congrats Shey, if I'd known you were maxing yesterday I would've made the effort to come online. Keep it up and have fun with whatever you do next (I recommend clearing out that messy bank :P).

I can see all the obstacles in my way.........
9/10, that is an awesome level and an incredibly nice cape to alongside it. Well done and good luck with Slayer/Summoning if that is what you choose as your next goal. :)

9th June 2009 - Run Energy Update / Patch Notes
I don't like to criticise Jagex, but I don't think they handled the situation well at all. They could have easily shut the game down whils they fixed it. What is the worst that could've happened in that time? Someone fails the Fight Caves and some people have to teleport from GWD. Now we have people with GE offers wiped and lent items lost, that totals up to a lot more damage. Just when I thought Jagex was becoming a more user friendly company they screw up in a crisis... I hope they change their mind and do a rollback.

Ask your questions or sig resizing here!
I'm looking for some decent tutorials for a beginner with the scope to becoming more advanced, so far I've looked at these but I want to start making things myself and have no idea where to start: http://gurssury.deviantart.com/art/Basi ... -121795821 http://zg-kitty.deviantart.com/art/Do-s ... g-88880143 http://juicedesignz.deviantart.com/art/ ... l-58660094 I would also like a few C4D and render packs if anyone can suggest any. :)

[bleep]ing hell Jagex, that is a lot of money for someone to lose because of a problem you created. :|

Grease is the word!
RuneScape isn't set in any time, it's some sort of time loop; remember gnomecopters and gliders, nitroglycerine(might be spelled wrong) from the digsite quest, the chemists oil destillery and the telescopes. Still I don't support. If you could give a reason why that'd be great, the idea isn't going to get off the ground otherwise.

What I don't understand is why they'll ban people for abusing a bug that allows you get thousands of experience points (penguin spotting bug) but not one that allows you to get a ridiculously expensive item without any risk.

9th June 2009 - Run Energy Update / Patch Notes
It looks like it is going to be a great update once all the bugs are sorted out, someone at Jagex got too trigger happy with the delete button whilst fixing the earlier bugs I think.
