Once you've mined 200 star dust and given it to the alien, can you not get the extra ore bonus for another 24 hours? Therefore is it only worth mining 200 stardust a day?

My xbox is connected to my monitor with a HDMI cable. My monitor has integrated speakers, but there isn't any sound. I have speakers plugged into my desktop but aren't connected to my monitor in any way.

I haven't posted in a while, so I thought I'd give you a bit of an update. Still going for my level goals, albeit very slowly. I've decided to aid my hatred of mining I will eventually go for shooting stars by myself, but to do so I need to move my house around a bit. Therefore I am re-fishing my trophies (already got bass) and hoping to get another KBD/KQ head as well as my first abyssal demon one. I'm up to over 11k kills no head now. :roll: #23 #24 Excuse the bad quality, imageshack won't upload for some reason.

97 Ranged, 90 Summoning. I also have 80 Prayer, 99 Defence and 99 HP. I only managed about four kills earlier but I'm sure more would be possible. Any suggestions?

Just wondering if anyone was working on this, Skully said he wasn't up to making anything right now though.

I know a few people who have said it wasn't very good compared to the book, but personally I thought it was a great adaptation and bodes well for the last two films.

Doing Oaks in low level Wild and dropping the logs is about 100k experience in thirty minutes if I remember correctly. I haven't 26ked in ages now, especially since they made it a lot harder yesterday.

The adapter is just a DVI-VGA adaptor as I have a DVI and VGA slot on my monitor so I wanted to be able to have my PC connected to my monitor as well as my Xbox. At the moment there is a HDMI cable plugged from my Xbox into my monitor, but this doesn't get me sound.

Ok, so I just bought some extra cables so that I can plug my Xbox 360 into my PC monitor. It works fine except that I can't work out how to get sound working. There are integrated speakers in my monitor, I also have a set of USB speakers as well. It is worth noting that to get the Xbox image on the PC I have to remove the DVI cable for my computer as the way the monitor is built means it doesn't have enough space to fit an adaptor in. What should I do to rectify the problem? I assumed that it would automatically come from the integrated speakers but I'm not having any luck.

I just unlocked the sniper scope for the M1 Garand after some on-off playing in Hardcore; it absolutely owns as a sniper. Combined with camouflage and the right maps it is quite easy to get a good streak going. I was annoyed though, as I was killed on two occasions on a six kill streak. :P

I don't have Void and in the eight hours it takes for me to get it I could've gotten 99 already.

Well I have 99 Ranged banked but with the prices of high end items completely all over the place at the moment I don't want to be stuck with my Armadyl if it crashes. How much xp less per hour will I be getting if I use black d'hide as opposed to Armadyl?

Gah, I got home late because I went out and didn't bother trying to do it as I thought it would've finished in the hour I was away. By the sounds of it the competition was very tricky, I hope I can enter the next one.

I thought the inflation article was interesting to read, although I would've liked a longer read as it is such a big problem at the minute I feel the author could've taken a more in depth look into it. The author of the anti hack article also should realise that the key doesn't require you to use a USB slot, it is just the size of a USB stick. ;)

I dont know what this guy is talking about. I consider him a total noob. Good fight 99 cooking narb. Skully_Sc has no right calling people a noob when hes a noob himself. You dont have the right to call anyone a noob if you have less then 2k total imho. Here is my 2 cents for this post. Its so easy to make cash in this game if you have the skill levels to do it. If they are a real noob i tell them the ways i made cash when i was their level. You give a man a fish he eats for a day. You teach a man to fish he eats for a lifetime. That being said, with the new fair trade rules in effect ill give the noob the max amount of cash i can trade a few times when im at the bank. I dont care i have heaps of cash and its only a few hundred thousand gold. One of the best ways to make cash for a low level player is flesh crawlers. I made my first million there and a like 30 combat levels aswell. i always recomend it to new players. I also recommend slayer. But i find with new beggars they don't have the patience to level slayer so they never do it. They don't have the patience to level any skills for that matter or else they wouldn't be begging. Wow i guess i am nice to noobs after all. a lot of high level (ranked under 1000) helped me when i needed it so i guess i owe the noob community back. Noob =/= newb. I'll help people when I can, to be honest it has been ages since someone has actually asked me for something that doesn't require a sentence or two to answer. I don't consider that being overly helpful, it is just polite.

What is the best way to gain wc and fm experience via chop and burn? I assume it would be teaks at Ape Atoll as there is a line for firemaking but I just wanted to check.

There would be too many false claims of people trying to gain something, it would take a lot of time to sort out the real from the false. If anything, some of the posters are [bleep]s. All of you, just lay off the guy, he's trying to do his job professionally, and you all [bleep] complain about him. If he didn't do his job, you'd complain. God, I swear, some people are never happy, like those idiots who complain about the police not doing their jobs, then [bleep] when they get a speeding ticket. I agree that Mod Mat K had a perfectly valid reason for saying he couldn't refund him; it is their policy I have a problem with not him for upholding it. I still think that as a member of staff he should be posting in a professional manner from the off, an apology is nice and everything but it doesn't change the fact that he was extremely rude and outright called one of his customers a liar.

Reading some of those replies has changed my mind about Jagex, I used to ignore it when people said they couldn't care less about their players but to me it seems that really don't give a damn. Mod Mat K seems like he really didn't care that someone lost 350M. That is a hell of a lot of money. :|

I totally agree with you on the whole FML thing, people seem to say it in every sentence they type even when it doesn't make sense. I guess they think it is funny or cool, I just think they look like idiots.
