100k+ xp / h Combat training!
They drop all four charms, expect a large quantity of golds than any other but between crimson/blue/green it is pretty even.

October 15th 2008 - PVP Worlds + Game Log In Improvements
This seems like a fun update, but will you only be successful in a PvP world if you have previously good pker stats? I'd love to give it a go here, but seeing as I've never pked before I'd need some advice. :P

100k+ xp / h Combat training!
Thanks for the tip. However, if I used the following equipment would it work? Verac's helm Amulet of fury Proselyte body Strength cape(t) Abyssal whip Rune defender Verac's skirt Dragon boots Explorer's Ring 3 This is give me pretty high prayer bonus, as well as decent defence. I'm really hoping this would replace the need for a Dragonfire shield, but if it doesn't I'll have to replace the Proselyte body with Verac's brassard. In my opinion there isn't any point using this spot unless you at least have a Salve Amulet, otherwise you miss out on a lot of extra damage and accuracy.

Combat levels finally fixed.
I don't quite understand this, does it mean that the max combat is 126 again? If so that is pretty stupid, Summoning is more helpful than prayer in some situations..

Riff's Road to Taskmaster
Gratz on the SGS!! And what zombies? :D Armoured Zombies after Defender of Varrock quest, profit a few charms and 100kxp/hr.

Riff's Road to Taskmaster
Been playing on and off still, feels quite good just to be able to log on and do a trip to Zombies when I feel like it. The SGS is pretty useful there, big hits and no need to take extra food which means more space for ranarrs. ;) I expect that during the half term break I'll finish up 99 Strength and possibly get all crimsons for 88.

Riff's Road to Taskmaster
Ok, I decided to sell my Bandos chest + tassets as well as my DFS for an SGS. You might be thinking this is utter madness, but hear me out. Firstly, it is the item I want most in the game. I have also stopped using my DFS for a long time, as I don't MH that much anymore and it isn't needed for Slayer really. I know it is dropping, but I think 43M is a great price for such a versatile weapon. I think I will continue training at Armoured Zombies till 99 Strength (using a slightly altered set-up due to loss of Bandos) and then camping at Waterfiends for charms afterwards. It does mean I'll need to do a tad of money making after to get to 88/90 Summoning, but due to MTK we are looking at only 1 or 2M. Here s the picture.

100k+ xp / h Combat training!
It might be worth mentioning that if you bank at BH you will need Summoning/Super restore potions, because there aren't any obelisks there or between the altar.

When to use blue charms?
Save them until level 79, but if you want to be extremely efficient save them until 89 and cash them in for a lot of exp in Geysers. IMO before 79 isn't worth it.

Drain rate of chivalry/piety
Ok thanks. :)

Drain rate of chivalry/piety
RSwiki says thet chivalry drains 1 every 2 seconds and piety 2 every 3 seconds.

Drain rate of chivalry/piety
Are they the same or does piety drain faster? Thanks.
-
100k+ xp / h Combat training!
Doesn't drain chivalry prayer at the exact same rate as piety does...? I'm not sure, if it does then it is even more exp per hour. I just assumed it was a slower drain rate. From observation, it looks like Piety drains faster.

Riff's Road to Taskmaster
:-# Ok guys, found a new place to get 99 Strength. It is more exp per hour (~100k), probably less profit and charms than Abyssals (~150k profit, and 12 of each charm an hour). I will probably get 99 Strength here and just camp Waterfiends for the rest of the crimsons for 88/90 Summoning. Although, knowing me I'll change my mind in a week. Armoured Zombies.

100k+ xp / h Combat training!
It is very easily possible to get 100k xp per hour here. I used the following set-up: Neitiznot Bandos Chest Proselyte Legs Dragon Boots Dragon Scimitar Rune Defender Warrior Ring Salve Amulet (e) Fire Cape I used pure sets, and I was praying with chivalry. I needed little food, and in 15 minutes I racked up just under 27k experience. The drops aren't quite as good as expected, but you could get 12 of each charm in an hour which isn't much at all but when you consider Zombie Monkeys don't drop anything this is a nice alternative for profit and a bit of Summoning exp at the loss of a bit of exp per hour. :)

100k+ xp / h Combat training!
What is the charm drop rate like? Do they drop mainly blues or do they drop others as well? Looks like a really good training spot! :)

Good clue reward? Post it here!
Incredibly lucky, congrats!

wut da eff leetness right hurr.
How did you do it? Seems like a very obscure achievement, good luck raising it even higher! :)

"Camping fails"
I wouldn't let it get to you, just do what you enjoy. I know that I could get much more experience if I went to Zombie Monkeys, or better cash at Green Dragons. If I purely wanted crimson charms I could go to Waterfiends, but I'm camping at Abyssals till 99 Strength because I want to. Someone saying to me that "camping is sad" just makes me laugh, why should I be made to feel bad about how I play the game?

5% + 10% Prayers at Abyssals
I'd rather not, I prefer being able to browse forums and chat in IRC whilst I do it.
