Why are you looking forward to the event? Because he isn't a pker and doesn't give a [cabbage] about those worlds? To tell you truth my total pking hours when pking was around was between 5-10 hours. Now i asked cause i was curious. I am always looking forward to a Holiday event: but last 4 ones i participated in was big disappointment. 1: They don't give us tradeable items 2: It's not useful. 3: What's point in having something that you use very rarely? It might be fun, I enjoy the holiday events as they are unique. To be frank, no one gives a toss if you don't find them enjoyable or not. Jagex won't take them away because a few people are mad they can't get rich off tradeable rares.

Looks like a good month, the PvP worlds will be the talking point for most obviously but I'm looking forward to seeing how the new update system pans out as well.

Than what? They have a better drop rate of crimsons than the ones in the Lighthouse and I can finish them almost as quickly as I would melee them there.

Doing green dragons would rake in about 40M, which I like the sound of but what is the exp per hr there like?

Soon I'll be looking to get 99 Strength, and I want to earn cash with it at the same time. Please don't suggest Slayer, because I won't be training that again for some time. Also note that I have money in MTK on the side as a booster, but I don't want to herb farm as well. Thanks! :)

I don't understand people like yourself (not trying to be offensive). If you work out how long it takes for you to do the quest, in that time you could of had double the exp in each of those skills and that's generally the case for every quest. What is there to understand? I hate training Mining and Hunter so some free exp for doing a quest is a nice reward. I don't really care if I could get double the exp, why should I do something I don't like in a game? :roll: I don't understand people like you, who have to analyse every single piece of data in the game and try to enforce your ridiculous views onto other people.

Even though a lot of people are misinformed, I can't understand how the more experience Slayers won't accept people's opinions just because they differ to theirs. If somebody doesn't like Black Demons then they won't do them.

15K Hunter exp and 10K Mining exp, plus a 1K lamp? Reason enough for me to do the quest tbh. :)

why is this ? Well as you don't have a Bunyip, you'll be relying on food. At 74 Defence and without a DFS, you'll be hit quite a lot on some of the more difficult tasks and that means you'll have to keep anking for food.

You don't have a Bunyip, so you realistically need Guthans. There isn't any point you buying Bandos at 74 Defence, Guthans will provide you more Defence and also the ability to heal.

Don't start this stupid debate again, it was confirmed a good long time ago (last year) that luring is against the rules and can get you banned. Why do you think the wilderness has a physical barrier around it now? The only luring that is against the rules is luring from non-wild to wild. Luring from single to multi is legal (Confirmed by mods) and nothing was ever said about luring at dks, that isnt against the rules at all. As for people dk luring, I have done it many times myself, I hop several times looking for a world, if I find someone there using slayer dart and bad gear on a full world I take the world. If they don't leave I pull all 3 kings on them and they die or tele (about 50/50). Many people have tried to lure me, and even though I only bring 2 brews max I always win. Survival of the fittest. Survival of the douche bags is more like it, and I thought people had stopped luring when it was no longer profitable. :roll:

Last few days haven't done much on RS, just topping up my kingdoms favour and stuff like that. I'm thinking of dropping the Olympics except for Mining, I really don't feel like training skills that I don't want to. I am toying with the idea of going back to Waterfiends for the 3k crimsons I need for 88 Summoning. Having cash coming in from MTK would pay for most of the costs of shards, but a downside is I won't get as many blues for 89 - 90 as I would from Slaying. It is something like 40 hours of Waterfiends, so I think it might be worth it. :)

Not at present, but if you lose them just speak to Balthazar to get them back.

What is the approximate crimsons per hour with a Zamorak Spear and best set-up? If you have figures for piety and without that would help. Also, what is the profit like per trip?

If Dark Beasts are the best droppers in the game for blues, then it isn't worth camping there for Summoning exp. I got 20 blues in a task of 140, better off at Waterfiends imo.

I haven't read much of the guide yet, but it looks solid so far. If you put as much time and effort into it as your Summoning guide this has potential to be the best Slayer guide around, I look forward to seeing it in it's entirety.

I have an idea, if you like it. A man wearing Ringmaster clothing, HP Cape and a fury. He is standing in a forest, with a Unicorn Stallion eating grass beside him. He is alching something in his hands, which makes him look very satisfied. There is a dragon axe embedded in a tree stump in the background, and a goblin stealing some coins from his satchel.
