It doesn't cost much to repair and it is only every 15 hrs that it completely degrades, a small cost to pay for such good bonuses in my opinion. :)

Still bursting when I feel like it, I am surprised actually at how easy it is to log in and out within a trip and not hamper charm collections. I was having visions of those awful Red Chin trips that took like 2 hours each and were extremely difficult to log out from. :P I am going to try and update my front page this week with my newest goals, I've decided on a few things I might like to achieve after 99 Strength. :)

I think you mean "I can mine runite." 10/10, I find mining to be extremely tedious so kudos to you for getting it so high. :thumbup:

Just found out I'm going to a party on Halloween, don't get to guard my house as per usual. Should be a laugh. :thumbup:

I'm not worrying about the item, if it is unique and cool then that is a bonus but it will only end up in my costume room along with everything else. The rubber chicken was a cool concept, but having one won't change gameplay on a day-to-day basis because it has little use. I'd rather have a really enjoyable event that stayed in my memory because that is what Jagex put them in for.

Pfft like I can quit without my Xbox to keep me going! :P Nah I won't be quitting, just needed to find something to do (which I have). After I've gotten 90 Summoning which I reckon I'll have done by next Monday (not tomorrow), I think I'll make a dual goal of 99 Strength and cashmaking. It would be nice to put Bandos + DFS back into my bank again. :D

I was thinking of getting 99 Strength anyway, and I'm at Rock Lobsters for charms so I'll be about 96/97 Magic anyway. Is going to 99 important or just for more accuracy?

Well I looked at my 40M cashpile and decided that 90 Summoning > SGS so I now have a 13M cashpile and bursts/seconds/shards needed for 90. Now I just need to use up these 10k ice bursts, which get me 96/97 Magic. ;)

TOG is a lot harder than it used to be, I remember consistently getting 160s but now I'm lucky if I get 120+.

Oh great. :roll: I turned on my Xbox about half an hour ago to be greeted by the three red lights of doom. I now have to send it in for repair to be returned in 2 - 3 weeks. It sucks that this happens six days before my birthday and a week before the half term break... :thumbdown:

I'd like to try out the new PvP seriously, I have about 40M cash I could potentially spend but realistically I wouldn't want to use more than 20M unless I knew I'd get a return. My offensive stats are: 99 Attack 96 Strength 99 Defence 99 Hitpoints 80 Prayer 95 Ranged 94 Magic 85 Summoning Is there any decent way I could pk 1v1 and pick up a profit? Tactics etc also appreciated as I've never been a massive pker.

I decided to sell my SGS as it is still falling, already made a 3M loss but I plan to buy it back when it hits 35M or lower. I went to MSSW4 last night and it was rubbish, still haven't been playing RS very much and I'm thinking of quitting but we'll see.

This event was a load of [cabbage], I shouldn't have bothered coming after last years fiasco. Oh well, if these events can't be organised properly then it isn't worth coming to them.

Yet again we get crashed by Rangers in rune, wasn't even fun as there was hardly anyone to kill wearing steel. Still, managed to rack up three kills.

Who cares if we don't appreciate them? As for that matter, where are you pulling this assumption from that members don't appreciate dragon weapons? I certainly appreciate my dragon scimitar, goes very well in combination with a rune defender for training strength. F2P don't deserve to get things that fall down the P2P ladder when new equipment comes out, in fact F2P don't deserve anything full stop. You are like one of those children who have a toy that they never play with but then have a tantrum when their parents want to give it away. -Player since 2003. No, I'm really not. I'm like one of those people who pay for something and use it, and doesn't like the idea of somebody else getting the same usage for nothing. I use dragon scimitars, dragon daggers, and dragon maces on a regular basis. Sometimes I might use a Halberd, but I'll admit there are a few dragon weapons I'll rarely use anymore. Does that mean F2P should get them? No. Should F2P get skeletal/rockshell/spined armour? I certainly don't use those but I can't think of any good reason why F2P deserve them.

I don't have a problem with F2Pers, I won't tell you to buy membership if you don't want to because Jagex offers a comprehensive version of the game for free. However, when F2Pers start saying "we deserve more" it really gets on my nerves. I pay every month for additional content, why should you get additional content when you give Jagex nothing back but just take take take?

Verac's helm Amulet of fury Proselyte body Strength cape(t) Abyssal whip Rune defender Verac's skirt Dragon boots Explorer's Ring 3 This is give me pretty high prayer bonus, as well as decent defence. I'm really hoping this would replace the need for a Dragonfire shield, but if it doesn't I'll have to replace the Proselyte body with Verac's brassard. In my opinion there isn't any point using this spot unless you at least have a Salve Amulet, otherwise you miss out on a lot of extra damage and accuracy. I am so sorry, I had a total brain fart and stupidly typed Amulet of fury instead of Salve amulet(e). :oops: Anyways, my question stands. With the same equipment as I mentioned, replacing the Fury with a Salve amulet(e), would that setup be a good replacement for a Dragonfire shield? Thanks in advance for any reponses, hopefully I won't make any more careless mistakes. :wall: Yes I think that is easily a decent set-up for someone without a DFS. You have 92 Defence, so maybe try a Neitiznot helm as well because you might find you don't need the extra defence from the V Helm and the strength bonus from Neitiznot is useful. :)

I tested my experience per hour, and got at least 100k xp/hr here with the best equipment possible plus an SGS for speccing and using Piety. It is possible to hit, but you need 95+ offensive melee and the best equipment.

Give me one good reason why you deserve to gain members only content when you don't pay and have been leeching off a free version of the game.

Tried out PvP earlier, was pretty fun. Had a great DM with one guy and managed to kill him, no decent loot though. I'll probably play on there more after I've gotten 90 Summoning and raised more funds, because I don't have the cash to splash out on gear and stuff atm. :)
