The community really isn't as bad as people make it out to be, I see way more nice people daily then jerky ones. :? It's easy to sit on these forums and rant about how bad the community is, but when you actually stop and play the game, it's not that bad. My two cents. I want that cash back, btw.

@ Lim_Dul I would feel bad for you, but the only people that I see ever have that much ess are autoers. I don't know enough about you to fairly judge, but 300k+ ess? Why buy that much ess? To afford a blue mask? Why didn't you just buy a mask with the cash, instead of wasting it on ess? If you are a nonmember, I highly doubt that you were going to rc it all. If you are a fair player, then I apologize, but from where I'm standing, I would say that you should be happy that you aren't banned for autoing.

Uh, balls? DDS is way faster than scimmy. Stop posting if you have no idea what you're talking about. Have you ever even used a whip, scim, or dagger? Not only can you check the KB and see that they are the same speed, I've even timed all 3 of their attacks and found out that they ARE EXACTLY THE SAME.

A very good point. When I got my first barrows armor (full torag with a whip and rune kite) I wasn't someone who you could ever consider rich. But think about this: when I was "poor" (more or less), I only owned part of one set. Now, I've got plenty of cash, and I own 3 full sets, all of which I use often, and often randomly :P I think that the money sink really varies depending on how rich or poor the owner is. For example, a poor guy using guthans will train in rune, then switch to guthans to heal, while a rich guy might just train in guthans with a backup whip.

IMO barrows are actually helping the rs economy, as the millions spent on barrows armor could go instead to phats or raw materials, and the recharge fee on barrows armor just drains more cash from the game.

Not always. When sig selling was legal, I was going to buy one for 10m. Instead of just keeping 10m rotting in my bank while the sig was being worked on, I bought a rare so it could at least gain a little interest. I don't really need cash, but it seemed like a waste to just keep the money in my bank. So that makes me a "greedy, money grabber"? :roll: EDIT: I rolled eyes at you! It doesn't really matter, now that they screwed the exp, I'm sure that the high levels will stop playing it, and as the low levels (who have no other way to get cash and so they are still playing it) are too weak the win, game will die.
