Ooh. Lets say i have this full bronze armour. I am a person with high herblore, so i make a 'rune-blue' coloured paint. I paint my brz with it. And Lo and Behold! i got meself a rune armour! Noneed to pay 180k for it too!. I can paint it 'drag-red' and get d pl8 and d kite too

We should be able to choose a base colour for our skill cape and a colour trim for it as well (if u have 2 or more 99 skill that is). The icon and emote would still b same though...

And make it able to spawn outside dungeon if we die in dungeons

Autoers use colour to recognize rocks... Jagex thinks that by restrictin the colour of the rock to one small strip, it'll reduce autoers... They're wrong. Autoers now use SCAR
