This is what is wrong with America.
I hate Michael Moore. I don't really disagree with him, but the way he presents things is just as bad as the extremist Christian conservatives that he likes to fight against. I think we should shun him from society.

I doubt the guy will get 15 years, unless he was trying to go to jail.

RAGE
I second this motion. Finally something that I could legally do :D You can't legally shoot things? I have a cousin who cuts down trees when he's bored using only a machete and hatchet. I will hunt down anyone who does this though. Trees are your friends.

Questionable Items in Your Possession
I second this motion. Also, it may liven your spirits to know another two of my favorite cars are an old army (~1950s) Willys Jeep and a pre 1990s Ford Ranger.

Questionable Items in Your Possession
To explain: I love motorcycles and the 1997 dark green Honda Civic is one of my favorite cars.

Anoying Teachers!!!!
Sounds like you got lucky with your calc 1 prof. I would think assistant profs and ones on tenure track would be worse at teaching since they'd be focused on pumping out research articles. Bad luck with the calc 2 prof, if you're interested you should try asking a question after class that goes more in depth and see how he responds. He might just be bad at teaching a class and good at teaching individual problems or students. Anywho, what's your major?

What kind of motorcycle? and What color is the Civic?

Anoying Teachers!!!!
There was a substitute at my high school that was a recovering meth/cocaine/heroin (one of those) addict who always laughed to herself at random times and stared at the floor. She once laughed throughout an entire holocaust video. Anywho, she somehow memorized my name and if I ever saw her in the hall she did a half wave and smiled at me (she just stared at the floor for everyone else). I don't know how she ever qualified to be a substitute teacher... I'll own a real Ducati one day.

Abortion: Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA)
There is still STDs and sexual insecurity. Also, actual sex education (not the "don't have sex" education) could truly be beneficial.

Anoying Teachers!!!!
Heh, I have a plastic Ducati. It's been awhile since I was in high school (I like to think so anyways), but some professors who teach the basic required course can be rather non or even anti-intellectual. Thankfully, I'm in upper levels now, so the profs are at least intellectual.

Wasted Time
I waste a lot of time, but I always have a few short term and long term goals at any one time, so as long as I am productively working towards those goals, I can waste all the time I want.

Unusual Foods and Drinks.
Dried cheese maggots, escargot (very good, not too weird), and lotus seed tea. There might be others...

Wine and alchohol discussion
I've always wanted to make a dandelion wine, but it's hard to find enough flowers that aren't tainted with pesticides. If I ever do get enough, this is the site I use for different recipes: http://winemaking.jackkeller.net/ It has a great collection of recipes. Ha, I didn't have anything to do today so I started making wine. Stage one is finished, and now I need to wait 24 hours and then add the yeast. I'll tell you, mashing grapes is not as easy as you might think. I'm thinking about making some hard cider (and by hard I mean 40 proof) this weekend. It's a fairly dry tasteless cider that ages horribly (in other words, made to drink in about a week and a half). Of course, I'm really limited with what I can do since I can legally make wine, just can't possess or drink it. Once I get my apartment, I'll always have a few 1 gallon carboys fermenting away. Anywho, good luck and hope it turns out great!

The Ultimate Question - Boxers or Briefs
Once I started playing tennis, briefs made a lot more sense.

Too much metal, I suggest Doc Watson. He's a blind country flatpicker from back when country was decent.

Today...
:( The worst tooth problem I had was an abscessed tooth, which I got decent pain meds for, so it was alright. Today was a good day. I think I figured out what I'm going to do this summer; trail maintenance and park service in Vermont. 13 weeks brings in ~$4000 and room and board while in Vermont is paid for.

If you filtered it and then watered it down to 40%, you'd have Irish vodka! Here in the Appalachian moutains, we have our moonshine equivalent. Basically, yeast, water, and sugar in a 20 gallon jug stuck in the corner of an unused room. Makes ~4 gallons of 95%, although it's illegal (so don't do it without adult supervision, kids!). I assume it's not illegal in Ireland? edit: it's kind of buggy... Funny fact, it was illegal to consume it in Ireland from 1667 till 1998 as it used to make people blind due to the alcohol level*. Nowadays there's only 2 legal breweries of it within Ireland and the quality control is extremely strict. *Methanol level. Methanol (wood alcohol) is what will make you go blind or kill you. Also, high levels of some fusel oils (byproducts of fermentation) are toxic as well.
