You could make silver tiaras. Have Fally tele runes, go to Crafting guild to mine silver and tele to Falador. Smelt, bank, repeat. :)

In F2P you could fight Ankous, if your defence is good. Lessers are good to. In P2P its Castle Wars!!

Fastest way is to buy them. Fastest cheapest way is to make them yourself. Thru the Abyss and stuff. :D
