100% agreed. Not only it gives you more financial stability, but more time to think if you're making the right choice. Honestly, I applaud you for taking it cautiously. If more people did that, the divorce rate would go down.

Mum was the same with me when I moved to QLD 2 months ago. "Omg hurry up! blah blah blah!" Took 40mins to pack, and a whole 5 to disassemble my PC. Well I think in your case your mother wanted you out of the house, no? In my case she was worried there won't be time. I just helped put the housely goods in the SUV (frames, plates, arts and crafts, etc). It's incredible how much stuff the average American house has, most of it is decoration.

I would get an electronic book if they weren't so damn expensive. I can't hardly find the books I like to read in my library, so a internet database is very attractive. But it costs too much money for my tastes. Not so much the device, but the few kb of data of the books.

After nagging from my mother, I finally packed up my room for the move. Took me an hour, pfft I told her it wouldn't take long and it didn't. :thumbup: So basically I'm left with the PC, a TV, my bed, and my clothes. It looks quite nice all tidy.

I notice a trend with people who don't know their local geography give their addresses as directions. :rolleyes: One thing I absolutely hate, is when people give me directions to their houses/party/place. Give me an address and I can find it by the time you're not even half-way done talking.

I'm a master at geography. I must of known all the states and their locations early in Elementary School. Guess who aced all his US geography tests in the fifth grade. :twss:

If the law is pointless, I don't see why not. Whether or not the law is pointless should not be any excuse though. You're still allowing them to break a law which could allow to further, worse consequences in the future. I cannot break laws myself then not let my son break laws, that's called hypocrisy and worse off to me than what a fat white man has written down.
