Then please understand TIF isn't a drunkard's forum.
  2. But I read it as, "I can't be in a relationship without any physical activity." And I agree. As did I. And I agree as well.

Drinking does not mean you want to get drunk. Maybe for some people, but I would never want to get drunk. But would I drink? Course - I already do. Do I get drunk? NO.
  4. When did Jord say he wants sexual favors from her? Am I reading it wrong?
  5. Why not? I'm not saying their entire life goal was to have sex for days on end, but, they led very sexual lives like nowadays. If aliens viewed every single internet page of our globe they would think modern society as 'horny' too. But it's not like we talk about it openly in Congress or make it obvious for the history books, but sex is here and was there...en masse.

^ You crazy drunk college kids.
  7. I can see the age being lowered by a couple of years, but never allow a 7 year old the legal ability to do it.

4:40 AM and still awake, heh. Still, it's all in doing productive work. Oh, and it's funny as hell to see every time a (girl) friend posts on Facebook with 10 guys saying how funny that was or saying how cute she looks when she takes a picture. It's like they're trying to disguise it...but, no.
  9. Romans. Heheh. :twss: Sadly I'm ignorant to that reference. Are you meaning the coins? You know how horny they were? Percentage-ly, we probably have the same perversions as the ye olde Romans. So it's not a "new problem".

It's a miscommunication, actually. I'm talking about children under the age of 10. I don't consider middle school/high school kids to be "children" to which must be raised/taught similar to an animal.

Meh, soda is my drug. <3:

You are not born with societal values/customs, so you just simply have to "learn it and suck it up". You cannot give kids to be reasonable/logical as you because they're just too young and would just not do it. You HAVE to push kids to learn how our society works and they will not like it, but, it is life. Oh yeah, adrenal isn't the epitome of seriousness.

Why the [bleep] are you going to wake them up in the middle of the night? <_< Those are not the threats I meant. What my mother would do is threat a specific punishment (no TV for a week, stay in your bedroom till dinner) if I didn't stop. Also experience helps too. I've had my TV taken from me/I've been stuck in my room 'till dinner. I KNOW how bad it was and I don't want to repeat it. If you're not specific, they might just actually shrug it off. So it's not fear of the unknown, it's fear of the bad times ahead.

If you play your cards right, you wouldn't have to hit your kids after the age of three. My mother's threats were enough to make me stop, because I knew she would follow through. That's the key part here. If you always say what you're going to say, you will have the trust of your kid...which is good in itself, but it helps issue punishments and conduct good behavior.

    You still don't.
  18. Ahh, MCEdit. <3: Whelp, since Notch decided to add Stone Bricks I'm not gonna replace all the cobblestone in my old InvEdit fortress and finish it. <_< [hide=RIP Valich Fortress] [/hide] You know you can replace one type of block with another with MCEdit, right? What. I gotta try that then.

  20. God forbid he ever tries to sell media he's created. There you go again, actually respond to the argument please. How about you respond to my argument about intellectual property rights? I spend years programming something, and as soon as I license it to one person, it automagically entitles every punk with an internet connection to my work? No way. When people that "can't afford it" pirate software, "can't buy right now" becomes "won't ever buy." How about this. People respond to incentives (economically speaking here, seeing as we're talking about the demand for a good.) If the same good (or very similar substitute since I guess there are minor differences) is available at multiple prices, people are going to buy (or not in this case) at the lowest price available. That's market forces in action, you can't apply your morality and personal feelings to the market. In the market, people would live this out by buying the cheapest thing, not stealing the more expensive thing. If there's only one thing there isn't a cheaper or more expensive alternative, isn't there? So really how people should live this out would be not buying it at all or start saving up.
  21. Please don't make this another religion debate... :-( Agreed.

I open up my internet browser and this...tip it site comes up. What is this? :o
  23. Because we lost faith in old Christian values.
  24. I know you're not hating, I understand why it would be weird. Even I had my doubts and for a while I hated myself for buying into this Minecraft craze without really trying first, but it was a gamble I won. I don't think Minecraft has a demo neither...unless you want to try it by 'borrowing' it. You could try the Free Creative Mode, but it's really boring compared to the actual Survival Mode game. http://www.minecraft.net/classic/play
