Wait, they have trains going from San Fran to LA? My dad had to take a bus once. Today I e-mailed my career representative I've had in college to help me get a job again. This Macy's job is quite terrible: they're not giving me shifts (two 4-hour shifts in two weeks) and it's not using the things I've went to school for. At least I don't need a job so terribly like some people. I thank God for that.

Ha, I got the demo. It's pretty annoying to move around though, but I'm not used to touchscreen games. Have you ever tried playing? Sure it looks boring, but when you're the one playing you have an entire sandbox to do anything you want. Once you come up with things to do, it's a nonstop adventure from there. But if you watch then you'll never have the control to do what you want, thus, it would look boring.

As I said, it is an example. But how the hell do they make an iPhone 4 at $187 and sell it at $200? I don't believe that iSupply: it's too easy to inflate actual prices and I wouldn't trust a company with the Apple 'i' trademark reporting honest Apple data.

People kiss the corporation's asses by using fundamental theories of capitalism in order not to sound like a commie. Production costs for not only Apple products but most products put forth by corporations today are hundreds of percents lower than their retail value. Example: A iPad made in China costs $30 to produce, $15 to ship. They sell it in America for $500. Realistically, they should be selling at 150-200 (and even that's being generous). But no. Companies are out to make money in "capitalism", and its socially and morally acceptable to sell a product at 1800% profit value. All corporate products are like that, so don't say we 'had a choice'. The choices are "Yes/No" rather than "Apple/Microsoft/Android/etc" since all corporations do this nowadays. I AM A SOCIAL ANARCHIST OUT TO DESTROY THE FUNDAMENTALS OF CAPITALISM 'COS I HATE CORPORATIONS TROLOLOLOL

Hmm, so apparently potions are going to be added in 1.10 with lots of the ingredients found in the Nether. Opinions? Oh, and finally my theoretical Nether base will have a use.

Ridiculous. I can never spell it right; always have to use Firefox's spell checker. Jazz is a funny word too.

It's the lack of experience. I can read a recipe and follow it as best as I can, but I can never try that in my house without being looked over upon. It's not that I CAN'T cook so when I move out I'm screwed, but, I just never did it before.

It wouldn't be as so if some mothers weren't so impatient at teaching their kids... I have never done the laundry once in my entire life because my mother would get so impatient and irridated when we (my sister or I) did it wrong and just did it herself. I tired doing things on my own but when she hears the stove turn on, or the washing machine turn on, my mother would come on over asking what I'm doing. Then she offers help, which I cannot refuse since its "her kitchen and you're gonna make a mess". Then it's an annoying bickering back and forth over how I'm doing it wrong and should do it her way. <_< I do feel embarrassed sometimes by the fact my 'mommy' still cooks and does my laundry and I'm 18 years old out of high school with an Associate Degree. When I'm a father, I'll let my kids do work around the house. If they [bleep] up I'm not going to nag at them but explain what they did wrong and let them do it again. I think every parent should be patient in teaching and not be worried about efficiency when teaching.

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
Depending on where you live, they often DO always have the right of way. :???: I doubt they have the right of way over a cyclist/pedestrian.

Not to mention, the human race isn't in danger of extinction any time soon. So everybody shut up about sex = survival.

What you're doing wrong, Rocco, is you are denying them the reward for their work. Basic human feels of fairness gives us the idea that if we put work to a product, we want a reward. This is where the whole "Pirating is stealing" mentality comes in. Pirates are wrong-do'ers. You can't explain your way out of it, that's just how it is. I pirate occasionally and I already know what I'm doing is technically wrong. But there's no heaven or hell so there's no real consequence now is there?

I see where Rocco is going but that is assuming those pirates still buy software when they can.

Yes you should, history is important! But why? That is a completely serious question. I want to become a history professor, I love it to death, but I don't know how I could justify teaching it in relevance to the real world. You know, the classic "When are we ever going to use this?" question.

nah, its actually to stop used software sales and, in the case of games, so that they can re-re-re-re-release it 10-20-30 years down the line as all the previous legitimate versions will nolonger work as all the drm will no longer function. meanwhile the pirated versions free of all that stuff will be fully functional and still circulating. as a legitimate customer you should stop making piracy any of your concern, thats the company's problem, then you start demanding by not giving them custom to stop with these measures that only harm you so that they have to start looking for other methods that dont negatively effect you. Let's assume this is true. The only thing they get to hide behind is trying to stop piracy. So the pirates are giving them an excuse. Either way, pirates hurt the end user. Unless that end user is a pirate.

But if a consumer priates as a susbtitute for buying (which can often be the case with prgrams), the the company loses money. So you're not stealing the product, you're stealing money. Not exactly since you're not taking their phyiscal money. You're denying their profits. Free enterprise does not guantee you profits, thus when you're pirating you don't steal money, you just deny them money they should of gotten. Stealing would be busting in their safe and taking some twenty dollar bills for yourself.

Or at least put them in stacks: like a stack of all quarters or $1 stacks of dimes. But I'll just use a CoinStar machine.

No one gives a [cabbage] about African countries anymore.
-_- Overpopulation is not a [bleep]ing issue, I don't know why people think that. What you think of overpopulation is an efficency problem. If the fields of Africa produced as much as Western farms, world hunger will cease. Overpopulation problem? No. Efficency problem? Yes. Political-economical problem? Yes. I don't know if the OP is serious or not, but I want you to memorize the capitals of the Argentine provinces and when you don't I will make a thread calling you retarded and teenagers the piss of the universe. Can you even draw a map of Congo? Maybe to you knowing that Congo is in Africa is decent level knowledge, but to me that's childs play. I know where it is, can draw it, know its history, and know its past names. Do I make threads calling you stupid? No. So shut the [bleep] up when someone doesn't know what you know, because chances are they know something you dont: like football, how to get laid, or socializing. I don't normally rub that in, but god damnit the OP and people who agree are pissing me off with their elitism and high horse attitude.
