What I do know is that a "Disc of Returning" was buyable from the general store for 12 gp I think in the Dwarven mines, which can be used to visit the black hole (this was in 2001 to the early 2002, if I'm not mistaken). After getting in there and seeing the black screen, you can return back if you used the disc. I found a disc there in 2002 :P Somehow you'd have to be let out, I mean, after they took away the black hole, where did the people stuck there go? They probably got lunged away to another planet like Tibia. Kind of reminds you to stock up on loads of security books, you never know if they're going to retire :P

well, for being a f2p player, I can say that the author of this post made a big mistake making this post and telling everyone about this:P He should've bought barrow sets after knowing about this update, and then merchanted them for cash.

I got the lederhousen top while training on hobgoblins in the wilderness, so don't worry. And because of that, I can finally walk around Runescape acting like a German dude that drinks tons of beer, as well as a Scottish dude with skirt.

I don't know where this topic has gone, but to stay on topic I can say that skull sceptres truly are magnets. My sceptre smells so bad that "noobs" fly away when they come too close to me. I'm negative, "noobs" are negative, so two - combined makes us fly away from each other.

80 prayer wouldn't help much since it's f2p as well. The phat would, I could finally fulfill my dream of being a playa on Runescape. Imagine standing in Varrock Square with a rich friend shouting "We're riach haha!!! Check us out!!!"

it's called getting "inspiration" from other sources. How do you think Runescape existed from the beginning? Andrew obviously pliayed some kind of RPG and decided to make one himself, so many monsters and things can be taken from other games and such. Yes, I do agree that the whip was most likely taken from Castlevania, I haven't played any other RPG where the whip is an existing or such a strong weapon.

who gives about these iron arrows, body runes or whatever and what they'll do to the Runescape economy. We're only talking about very cheap things, iron arrows at about 20 - 30 each, Body Runes at 5 gp each. There's a lot more to worry about, for example how the rares are skyrocketing due to the monopoly market and manipulators. Besides, wouldn't anyone here be glad if iron arrows are buyable for 10 each and if bodies are for 2 each, if we assume that your statement is true? One more thing, nice avatar jwrm22, we should make a double mask one together.
