14k dps WD, progressing on inferno act 1 right now. Played a lot up to act 3 hell slowing down right now because of leaving the house again and exams coming up in a week. Got myself a 680 dps onehander off the AH. I can't get a higher DPS weapon for a decent price because I need mana regen on my weapon and those things are hella expensive if you want some int/vit on the item as well. But an OOM WD does no damage. Playing a heavy cc build so my 30k dps DH buddy can dish out some serious damage. I love the NV buff, the horrible drops pre 60 make a lot more sense now. I love the CC the WD has to offer. I'm always the last to die on mortar/frozen/teleport/shielding elites. @Bubs: A good DPS blue off the AH makes hell much easier. Only the toughest champion combinations can make your life difficult. I'm not a monk though. Still love the game, can't wait to roll a barbarian (my D2 love <3 ) when I have inferno on farm with the WD and have some epic frenzy gear for him.

The pony level behaves just like any end of act 4 zone for its corresponding difficulty. You're better off farming NM act 4 or act 1 hell. I am level 58 with 4.8k dps and 22k health right now. I really have to get some better gear because act 3 is too brutal. Problem is farming seems like such a waste of time before 60 and the NV buff. I haven't had a single good drop since act 2 nightmare. How do you have 17k dps????????????????? EDIT: Oh yea and I'm getting error 37'd again right now.

Just finished the latest Wheel of Time book. 8 more months till the final part. About time too because the total amount of ages is OVER NINE THOUSAND by now.

I get so many int quivers... Level 55 and I'm closing in on Maghda right now. Time for an outside break now^^

Servers were down for a while yesterday but no more problems with lag or server crashes after that. I'm having a blast right now but I don't know how long the game will keep me hooked. Level 54 with 4.5k dps on act 1 hell mode now, wiped for half an hour on the butcher with 3 people. I think it's a gear issue because we actually ran into an enrage timer. Every X seconds an extra area gets engulfed in fire and when there is only one left to stand on you get a one minute countdown. That's when the butcher finishes us off because we can't run away from him any more^^ I was hoping to progress into act 2 hell before being forced to farm because two thirds of the rares and blues are <lvl 50 and don't salvage into the hell materials:/. My one issue is the itemisation right now. When you get the right modifier on a blue weapon you have like 1k dps on it while the best legendary weapons are like 700 max. I don't mind the random loot but this has to be fixed because you can't realistically expect people to only use their legendaries when they roll an increased damage mod on them. I also just bought a lvl 54 blue 2h with 350 dps, good vit and good intelligence on it because it's stupid not to.

What? I am level 50 and I'm doing like 1.5k DPS, sitll have to clear act 4 though. Didn't get much gear upgrades though but still... Probably going to farm the mats for the secret pony level first though, seems too epic not to.

I'm trying to resist making an alt before I have hell beat and good gear for my main and the alt. I like my witch doctor a lot it's just a shame that his primary low mana spells are all annoying to use or just dumb. I tweaked my build with a lot of mana regen to allow fire bat spam. My favourite skill is zombie wall though, with the 'pile on' rune I have zombies smashing into the ground for 765% weapon damage 0.0 (25 second CD ofc). Just got level 50 after killing Azmodan in nightmare mode. I already found a legendary hat that isn't very spectacular but at least I have the achievement now lol. With the random stat system it's too likely to have a better blue weapon than yellow (in fact I haven't used a yellow weapon since lvl 30) which is pretty dumb. The game is brilliant imo and lives up to the hype. I've already had a lot of difficult fights in nightmare nmode. Can't imagine what it will be like having a chamion pack with frozen, mortar and jailer.

Login server down again it's peak time for EU, lvl 13 and just killed the spider queen. Witch doctor is sooo epic. Killed Andariel on nightmare mode today, not having good gear sucks because progress in nightmare mode is pretty hard with shit gear. In slightly less than 2 days I will have slain the first Diablo 3 demons with my Barbarian. Is the client already available for download for people who didn't pre-purchase?

I hope they're not dumb enough to have a NDA lol. I'm pretty curious although I won't care because Diablo 3 is coming out in 2 days.

Haven't played in ages but that update is just stupid. And the explanation is pure BS as well, 3 paragraphs of not adressing the real issues with it and then talking about a new update.

Did you not see the epic final episodes of season 3? I like the series so far. I thought how the hell are they going to make nonbenders pose any threat at all but the chi-blockers seem powerful and dangerous. Same goes for the electric stick guys. Not sure why Korra prefers to fight with fire over water though.

Of course my laptop got fixed 2 days after beta closes. Still not sure which class to pick, they all seem really cool.

Is the gameplay much different than the standard MMORPG? Because I saw a vid of a dungeon playthrough and it didn't seem very different from your average WoW heroics run. And is the leveling experience with the events really that revolutionary and more fun?

Play him as a solo top bruiser. Build HP and farm for the first half of the game, getting as much lasthits with your Q (or whichever spell gives you the extra AD on a kill) as possible. Build armour and HP and proceed to stomp face while being impossible to kill. He has been nerfed big time recently lol, his Q range used to be much larger :). He is good but not OP at all. Keep in mind some champions just get countered by GP just as GP gets countered by other champions.

I really hope I can run it. And if I can run it I have to not buy it until after my exams in january. Which class are you all going to play? I dislike melee classes in a game like this but I still can't decide between wizard, DH and WD. Leaning towards wizard though, I like the resource system. I hate mana.

I swear I've killed red dragons on task once. Not a task from a high level master though.
