I love AGS at tormented demons. Try to borrow one because hitting 800s is awesome.

You can get by without addons although bartender is really kickass. And questhelper is awesome as well. Recount is for my epeen. Deadly boss mod is handy for raids you don't know the mechanics of because you just have to do what appears in gigantic words on your screen.

DDS specs are the best use of your special bar on most tasks.

But in FFA you hardly use any resources and there is no risk. When you solo the resource cost gets pretty high (especially when soloing Kree) and when you die it's almost impossible to get your stuff back.

If you count lumps in their average drops it is very much worth it (if you plan on killing a lot) and even more so when you calculate dragon claws (if you plan on killing A LOT).

I used to own a SGS before soulsplit even existed and I found it not worth the price tag. It saves you like 2 doses of prayer potion on a task at the cost of 2 dds specs. Those special attacks speed my task up while the SGS slows them down. Why would I waste time on SGS speccing when I can just bring an extra prayer potion? And with a bunyip out having to heal on slayer tasks is rare. Now with soulsplit it is no longer necessary. I can now use a combat familiar and heal off my prayer potions :thumbsup: . EDIT: Although SGS is still king at TDS I find it not worth the 70m (or what is it) for a single boss I can't stand killing for more than an hour.

It would hardly raise because most people who haven't maxed Strength yet still own a whip for stuff other than training ;) EDIT: Well no they would triple in price but I wasn't taking merchants into account.

Void is the best armour to train in unless you're slaying.

Salamander is very cheap and very effective. If you're going barrows, use it. Bring a dds for speccing and a whip for karil and Ahrim.
