  1. You're right in pointing out granite, but he's asking for cash. Mining better way to get cash, he's not asking for a 99. It may take absolutly ages to get 99 mining any other way than granite, but cash-wise, mining pays off.
  2. In terms of waterskins, i never bother with humidify. Always just take some cash and buy new waterskins from the camp nearby. Takes a little longer, but i can't do the humidify spell. Either way, it's quicker to mine granite. Can be boring, but just do a few levels at a time if you're easily bored, and break it up by being in clan chat or something.
  3. If you're stupid enough to break rules that are startlingly obvious, then I pray you get permanantly banned so we lose one less brainless person from the game. (Generalisation, not specifically you Bl00dBuck3t)
  4. Powermine granite in the desert is still the fastest way that i'm aware of. Find a place where there's two or more rocks and just go nuts.
  5. My view of this is similar to most peoples, that it is both wrong and potentially dangerous. In my eyes, any relationship made online should stay there. I have made friends on RS and I value those, but I would never consider meeting those people in real life. The truth is, no matter what, you can not know for sure who the person you are talking to is. Whether they are male or female, or how old they are. I understand, and think that it is nice that a relationship on here is based on personality, but that can be true of any real life relationship. I don't really agree that you can love someone, or truly understand them if you have only spoken online. The lack of any kind of physical relationship, for me, takes away a large part of what an adult relationship is. I would never have an online relationship and think that in some ways it is a little sad. The only thing that stops me from ranting at people who say "i love you" to each other in-game is the point that they may well know each other IRL. My advice is steer clear of anyone who wants a relationship online, and give your reasons. Please, please, please remember that you CANNOT know who these people are. And I urge you all to heed police warnings that say NEVER meet anyone in person that you know from an online game and if you really really feel that you have to, then take friends with you.
  6. It seems you have managed to put this topic in the right place, although i think it is more of a debate over whether we need rights or not, rather than what they should be. For my two cents, this is a pointless topic. What kind of a suggestion was "We have the right to play another game if we don't like this one"?!?! - of course you do genius, just as you can smash your head into your computer screen if you like. Besides the fact that half of the suggestions are like this - things that have absolutly NO relevance to/for Jagex, the other ones would never be accepted. Don't get confused here people, try to stay with me. Although this is a game with a strong community, it is a game nonetheless, and hence you will never have rights, because it doesn't actually matter. You have a right to play another game. . . =D> . . .
  7. Absolutly opening yourself up to criticism. This has happened to me on a number of occasions. I'm only level 88 so occasionally get this response from lower levels. My usual response is "How very nice" and carry on with what I'm doing. On the odd occasion I have suggested that the person involved prove it, and I think twice out of a fair few instances the other person has. On those cases I usually just accept it and say well done ;)

    Rude people.

Actually I comprehend rather well, but perhaps you should consider re-wording your rant. Why complain that people call you a noob if you are talking rubbish. The sheer amount of people who go around saying, "My main is zezima" is ridiculous, and you will never be believed and hence, it is a stupid thing to say. If you really have a valid rant, then point out an instance that has particularly annoyed you, where you haven't been idiotic and set it off by making a daft comment. Comprehend?
  9. I have never been to bounty hunter. I went pking, and from my experience, that was something that happened a lot. If you are annoyed at constantly losing items, then don't go to BH. It is very simple.

    lag...

I rarely ever lag, many people would and have said the same. It ALL depends on your computer speed and your internet connection.
  11. First off, although I really cant be bothered to trawl through past updates of Runescape, Jagex has requested that people do not report others for using words that are starred, as the censors have done their job. This means you cannot be muted or banned for swearing in game, if the censor kicks in and what you say is starred, Except perhaps on occasions where you consistently bother somebody and they report you for prolonged abuse in which case it may lead to a mute. Secondly, I totally agree with the point about websites. I too have tried to help people with quests only to attempt to direct them to tip.it's quest guides for help instead. It is an annoyance, but really we just have to cope with it. People will always find ways around the filters, and Jagex will always be working on the filters. There are times when they have accidentaly filtered something that is not neccessary, but how often do you have to say "d" on it's own really?

    Rude people.

What an idiotic rant. Are you surprised that people call you a noob with comments like that? I mean really, what an absolute waste of time posting that.
  13. Jagex cannot be expected to thoroughly read every single appeal they receive. They just physically cannot do it. They have a system in place to be as fair as possible, and will probably give more consideration to those people who have been permanently banned, as that matters a lot more than a mute. Simply put, if you put yourself in a situation where you can be reported and muted, why should they really give your appeal a further look? You have to be of a certain age to play this game, and it is assumed (perhaps wrongly in some cases) that people playing it have some common sense. I have been playing a good few years now and have never once had a black mark, or warning or anything else, as I'm sure is the same for the vast majority of players. If you avoid saying certain things then you cannot get into trouble. Can you imagine the sheer amount of appeals and comments that Jagex have to deal with? Customer Service will suffer the more the company grows and the more people who are using the game, it's just life. Deal with it.
  14. They'll always sell though, but you may have to leave them in G.E a few days, maybe a week just cause of the sheer amount on sale. They will ALWAYS sell eventually though.
  15. Yeah, like everyone says, basically unless you don't mind spending a ton then maples are the best way. Don't even consider willows unless you really are skint. They are RUBBISH in comparison to maples. GE best place, but I tend to use from Varrock fountain to west bank. Basically, anywhere not far from a bank and that has space for at least 2/3 full inventories burning.
  16. Yeah willows quickest way f2p. I don't know about the construction logs, never used them. Willows also mean you at least get some cash along the way. If you wanted a bit more cash, maples are a fair bit slower, but worth a bit more. I use draynor willows cause the banks close, could use cammy though, and maples are there also.
  17. I assume you've changed your password now? And made sure you have recovery questions set?
  18. Because people buy the raw materials to up their skills. Example: Buy raw lobs to cook. Once it's been cooked, less people want to buy. Lobs in particular are used by skillers to raise cooking quite quickly. And theres a lot of people out to get 99 cooking as it's relatively quick anyway.
  19. Sepi. I don't know what your mining is, but if you really want a decent mining level without getting pretty bored, best way to go it is granite mining. I know you asked for iron places, but granite is really soo much faster.
  20. I use catherby. Maybe not THE closest, but pretty easy to get to and from.
  21. OK, yeah well i wasn't too sure. Maybe check a guide out to make sure? Or can anyone clear that up?
  22. Power craft with ring of duelling. Tele to duel arena and run to fire altar just outside. then tele to castle wars arena and bank. Repeat. Make sure you have plenty of rings cause they break and turn to dust after the uses are fnished. It is a really good quick way.
  23. Not used blas furnace myself. In terms of stackables, surely the best way is cannonballs? Should still make profit off those, but I'm not all that sure of the prices nowadays, might want to check that. But i think thats the best way.

    Crafting

Quick method is highest hides you can do. Simply buy tanned hides and make, then sell. You will make a loss, but quite quick method.
  25. How long it takes depends on what your level is to start with. Willows by far the best way on f2p, and don't bother dropping them - the respawn for willows is very quick so you don't need to drop whilst waiting for a spawn. Fastest way is banking at draynor, takes less time than dropping a full inv and you get cash too.
