I am a supporter of expanding exisiting content, rather than spewing more junk out the ol' update team machine, i agree with you on making better cities :D The cities of runescape are more like tiny hamlets :? The "grand" palace of varrock is barely bigger than my 2 story split house. making random rpc wouldn't be too hard...just add a whole bunch more human npc's and set their wander zones really big. the gossip thing would go to waste, i think, because noone really bother to talk to npc's most of the time anyway. I think each major city should be completely surrounded with wall, and when you enter through a gate, it loads a new playfield, like when you go into a dungeon. For some reason that just makes sense to me :lol: Anyway, a good idea with lots of potential!

it might be possible to make a game on a handheld that takes place in the world of runescape, like final fantasy or fire emblem style game. more than possible, in fact. i'd buy it anyway. :D

Intresting, the ability for the a pker to track the footprints of pkers their same level and within range of their level. I like that part of your suggestion :wink: hah that sounds like lotr ranger kind of thing :D maybe it could say like when you examine them, depending on what they were wearing at the time, when you examine the prints: "These deep prints look like the armored boot of a warrior" "the barely visible tracks suggest a light footed archer" "something was trailing on the ground after the prints, probably the robes of a mage" the track thing could add a whole dimension to luring :shock:

i think it's an interesting idea. Although what i would do is make it a prayer. The amount the weapon is enhanced is detirmined by prayer level like: Arrow of Light: increases the accuracy of ranged attacks, changes your bow's appearance to that of a white longbow, attacks look like a mage bow spec, except with a white outline instead of green Shining Staff: increases damage of magic, changes your staff appearance to a white regular staff Blessed Sword: Increase damage and speed of melee attacks. does not work with strength of attack prayers. changes appearance of weapon to a white dragon longsword. if using halberd, changes to a white halberd Blessed sheild: Increases defense. does not work with blessed sword.

karil should have a large tower sheild. During medieval times, crossbowmen would stand up and shoot over the sheild, and would crouch behind it to avoid being hit by the opposing side's archers while they reloaded. they were called "pavise crossbowmen". just my idea =P having guthan with the large sheild wouldn't make much sense since the sheild would be heavy and make using the spear difficult. I guess it's a game and doesn't have to make sense, though.
