I know it wouldn't go over well, but it would add to the sense of danger there. When I was a member I saw high levels running into the desert to fight bandits in the middle of it, with full rune/barrows on.. This would make people actually pay attention to their health and such, because when you get to around 80-85+ training on lessers is kind of afking if you have full rune on.. :-s

Very interesting, but I wouldn't know I haven't seen it before, I only grow willows+.. So yeah, kind of cool looking though.

All of my other ideas have been a bust but I know many of you fans of god armor will like this one. Alright, everyone (or almost everyone) knows about the god books, right? Sardomin - Holy book Zamorak - Unholy book Guthix - Book of Balance Well when you equip each of these books you get certain stats bonuses pertaining to which book you equip (its different for each book).. Sardomin - +8 to all def bonuses/ +5 to prayer Zamorak - +8 to all atk bonuses/ +5 to prayer Guthix - +4 to both atk and def bonuses/ +5 to prayer Well all in all I was thinking, why not add these same bonuses to the god armors (melee and range). This would give more meaning to the armors as people wouldn't buy them just for looks, and then maybe the economy might stable out a bit more(I doubt this but I thought I'd throw it in there).. Like I said many may not support it, but it's nothing against the level 60s.. Just an example. I'm just saying that if the desert has the heat damage why not other areas of the map that have "extreme" temps.. Might as well just kill this thread myself like I've had to do to everyone one of my other threads, but I do have another suggestion for runescape that I'm sure people would love.. Took me forever to type it out in the main forums which ended up being lost..

94 maybe, but I won't be able to get it by football camp I don't really feel like fming tonight I may just stay here on the forums on get on and just hang around and such. I've burned 5k logs today and even though it was split fming is out of my system today. Tomorrow I won't be on because I have to help me pop finish building our patio out back and tomorrow night I will hanging out with my girlfriend on her last night here before she goes to Massachusetts for 2ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâý weeks(visiting her grandparents). She gets back the day before school starts. :shock: I'll be on saturday night, a little bit but probably won't fm because I won't want to the day before football starts.. Football camp starts sunday and goes until wednesday, so I will not be on any of those days.. And then from there on until school starts I will have two-a-days in teh mornings which will cut my log roasting down to maybe only 3k a day.. :uhh: This is all making me frustrated as I want 99 fm before school starts, I hope I'll get it, but I can't promise on getting members back because of school my parents may not want me being on runescape so much because this is my senior year.. I need to focus and such, even though its only three classes that really matter.. Well this is my farewell(unless I'm on tomorrow) until Thursday next week. Sianara! I am very sorry to hear about your dog, I know what its like to lose a long lived pet, my cat Millie was alive for 12 years and we had to put her to sleep.. I wasn't there for it, which was a good thing on my part, I probably would've died right there with her. And not my dog frankie is pushing 16 years old (human years) and I'm dreading the day when she either dies quietly on her own or we have to put her to sleep, I've had her since she was 2 and I was 3. It'll be a sad day indeed.. -.- But good luck with your fishing, I hope its fun.

Good luck man, this will be a long hard journey, so keep at it and you'll make it, If you keep going you could be one of the first people to get an untrimmed slayer cape if you go all the way to 99. I believe you need 43 prayer, and then it's either 98 or 97 of attack, strength, defence, range, and mage.. Good call. This would be a bad idea.. Adding to the effect of I don't remember who said it on another thread but its "Give them a penny and they'll want a dime" or something close to that.. If Jagex makes a construction skill for f2p then other f2pers will complain that much more that they don't have other member skills.. I do understand your reasoning but like killerred005 said most people that make that much money become members by then.. Bad Idea..

Alright, well by reading the title you may be able to figure out part of what I am going to suggest here but I'll explain it all just in case. Well I've been thinking while fming(I have a lot of time to think) and I remembered that in the desert you are damaged by the heat if you don't have water with you.. So why are you not hurt/helped anywhere else in the game if the environment is different from "normal"? I believe that something close to the desert effect (heat damage and such) should be applied in the Karmanja Volcano also. I mean I'm sure the volcano is plenty warmer than the desert so why don't you get hurt there also? This could possibly help us also, in that yesterday I took a break from fm and went to mage some lessers in the volcano and I noticed that there was an unusual ammount of level 60s and below.. If we add this "heat damage" to the volcano maybe it'll keep them out and let the higher levels actually want to come down there and not have to worry about the lower levels bothering them. Another place that could be changed is the Ice giants/warriors lair under the mudskipper point (near thurgo the dwarf), in the Ice giants area in the wilderness, and I s'pose the Ice Queen's lair under White wolf mountain(also on top of the mountain because I guess it's cold enough for snow).. You could make the attack speed slower when you are in the areas, or make it so we take cold damage from the cold, of course.. Because lets say in real life you're wearing a suit of armor(not likely to happen often but go with it) and you walk into a cold area that's below freezing temperatures, you wouldn't be able to move as well because your body stiffens and the metal would sort of freeze up.. Just some thoughts, not sure if you guys will support it. This will (in my mind) make the more of a challenge in those areas, and also make a little more fun because of the "danger". Post, reply, debate, uhh.. :uhh: and whatever else..
