They should just keep it how it is going, tradeable rares stay tradable, all new holiday items stay untradeable....simple as that.

Yea, what everyone says....If you can afford them you like them, if you can't you don't. Well that is partially right....Most people like them, a few don't, nothing to get worked up over and start everyone over at lvl 3, lol.

On my nearly 4 months playing Runescape I have never called anyone a noob, I find it to be immature and mostly idiotic. I also think people use the term too loosly. I can understnad if someone tries to scam you, but just saying it to someone while passing by...pathetic.

Well, look at the skill lvls on my sig and look at the combat lvls....I have two items worth over 40m total.....I bought them thanks to skills, not combat. This is on F2P. I can understnad on P2P how getting high combat is a good way to make money, because of the chance of getting a worthy drop from a monster, but I am not P2P, so make your own asumptions.

Well Put. Think about this, I have 2 red h'weens, I bought one in december for 6m, and one last week for 11m. Now they sell for 20m+ each, I doubt I could have made 23m in that time, and when you buy rares, just have around 500k left over and you can still make good money. Just think before you act.

I feel for your loss, may these positive posts help the grieving of your lost loved one, RIP.

I say if you don't lik it don't buy one, and if you want a rare, start making money. I started playing RS arounf 3 M/O ago and I have 2 red h'weens, and no I don't play too much, I play less than most people. Just look for ways to make money. :|

Yea, I don't play long enough to get bored. Take a break, do something constructive, or fun. RS is a nice way to pass time, but obsession is always a bad thing.

Yea, I haven't seen genie in a while, yesterday I only got Rick Turpentine.....and he came 4 times.... Last week I had 2 mime's and 1 drill demon, which was pretty lucky. Yesterday my friend had 2 genies though, so I wouldn't say they are less common.....just as the name states they are "random". :P

Well, I just bought another red h'ween, let's see how far this investment goes... :) I'll probably only sell one, other one is a keepsake. :D

I honestly merchant. If someone asks me the price I will tell them if I know, or tell them to check forums. You'd actually be suprised how many people try to scam me when I am merchanting. Just yesterday I was buying another red h'ween mask and the guy tried to scam me, this was the only time I never told him the actual worth of the mask. I let him give his own price since he tried to scam me, so I ended up buying it for 11m. Other than these types of incidents where I am tricked first, I will let them know the pricing. Making me an honest merchant.....I don't know why I am writing all this, but I guess it is just something for everyone to look at. Bottom line, you better believe in Carma, if you try to trick someone else, you will be the one at a loss in the end. :lol:
