England has a trading law where large shops can only be open for 6 hours on a Sunday between certain times. Little corner shops can stay open for however long they want.

The EDL were in town on Saturday and I noticed it looked like their attitude rubbed off. Then has an unpleasant chat with a job advisor who seemed to not want to explain what my next appointment was about. However the day is beautiful and the lousiness of today's visit to town and upcoming phonecall to student finance will not ruin my mood. Also I think my broken laptop is ready to be picked up from the store which is another plus.

Have you considered buying online or in second hand shops for the older generation models? It looks to me that you need the iPod nano, not the shuffle. They come the sizes 4gb, 8gb and the latest ones are 16gb and they have screens and a scroll wheel. I have the 3rd generation one for a couple of years now and have had no problems with it. Ain't it cute?

Finally after years of looking up videos, I made some sushi today and it was a fairly successful endeavour. I made some maki rolls with carrot, cucumber and seafood sticks and it was very yummy. The weather is finally looking up at the bbqs can come out to play. If anyone has any nice ideas for the grill then please share. I'd like to advance from placing store packaged chicken on the grill and perhaps marinate various meats/veg for tasty fun times.

I don't really get a chance to talk to people now because I don't do anything though I sometimes do volunteer work. I suppose everything boils down to my own experience with people. It wasn't good, peers weren't interested in what I had to say so I didn't bother to keep conversations going and eventually gave up on getting to know people. I know not everyone is like those people but before I talk to someone in my head I'm thinking keep calm and be yourself yet I just shut off and turn into some socially deficient robot.
