  1. Sounds vaguely familiar to something I said in irc the other day
  2. Are you kidding me range is like the funnest skill to train since we have so many different training options when we get bored of one form )arrows, darts, knives, bolts, enchanted bolts, chins, cannon ect.) Good luck on your goal to 90 range man, I know you can do it if you devote yourself to it. Hit me up if you need some more motivation, and vice versa I'll come crying to you on my way to 99 range :-w
  3. Me and 2 other people are on who aren't AFK if anyone wants to pop on and chat.
  4. I'm sorry but your lack of spelling and organization keep me from taking you seriously and it's only further complemented by your unclear points. Pick out of your writing what your trying to say and make a list. Your writing goes back and forth too much with Jagex needs to do this, but I like how they do this, but other people might want them to do this, they might be better doing this ect.
  5. Are you guys dumb or something? This already exists. Have you ever tries having the Trade Tab activated while doing a trade?
  6. I applaud you to for finaly writing an intellectual response and interpretation of the Grand Exchange. I also learned that I'm what you call a "good" merchant and not an evil nub merchant.
  7. Please read over what you type before you submit it as reliable information. There are 2 people in air running. The runner and the crafter. The crafter has a ton of money and ess (noted) with him. The runner brings 25 (unnoted) ess to the crafter who will then proceed to give you either A. 25 Noted ess + some cash (usualy 1k to 2k) or B. 25 noted ess + some airs (usualy around 125-175)
  8. Have you tried hobgoblins in the edgeville dungeon? Almost never crowded and they drop a fair bit of nats too.
  9. Yea I'm sorry you do. Because you have to get into the last dungeon in the first place to fight the boss and get the remains and then go back in Berrivirus's Tomb (I'm sure I spelled it wrong but I think you know who I mean) to lay the remains at rest to finish the quest.
  10. The tzaar already look fine so for me it was between the Guards or the Elves since both look quite mediocre. However since I see and fight guards a lot more than I do elves I voted for the guards to be updated. Also although I'm not f2p I think they would like to be included in the graphical update and since to my knowledge there are no elves in f2p it would be nice for them to have guards updated as well. As for the npc character to be updated I really couldn't care less but voted Durandel.
  11. Thanks for the forecast but I think I'll have long sold them by then. I however won't be buying any more once the Grand Exchange comes out to the influx in prices that may occur. 2800 Prayer Potions(4) at 10k ea
  12. I usualy find quests quite boring and never did them unless there was quite a substantial reward that I was after. However lately I've been doing a lot more quests and they're actualy quite entertaining (well... besides One Small Favour). You get to see some pretty cool cut scenes, and it forces you to do certain skills or discover new places that you otherwise would never have done. Prior to questing I had never set foot in Keldagrim.
  13. Since when do the majority of stakers use prayers?
  14. In my eyes, play the game how you want to play it. There is not one universal figure or method that everyone will respect. Certain people respect merchants for their wealth and efficient methods of earning money, while others may criticize it. You can jugde all merchants and say we are the scum of the earth. In effect you dislike us because we have found a more efficient method of making money that you cannot do due to your inferiority at social engineering or your ethics and moral. You may dislike our methods, but in a game where everything revolves around money, you can't deny the achievement of having a lot of money. We raise our levels to make our money. We want 99 woodcutting so we can cut logs faster and sell them for more. We raise mining to mine faster and make more money. We get our smithing higher so we can smith runite and make more money. You are going for the same goal as us except we're taking 2 completely different aproaches. You do a skill to make your money. Maybe you prefer doing that skill to make money instead of merching but that's just preference and is irrevelant to this argument. You chose one way of making money while we choose another.
  15. By the way my calculations are based upon only using the protect prayer not the range prayer and I was wearring black d'hide set and a Ranger Set with no prayer boosting equipment.
  16. About 80k chins. I used about 20k to get from 80-90 and 90-99 is costing me 66k chins. Don't forget about the costs of prayer pots either. From 90-99 I'm spending about 8.5m on Prayer Pots so I'm guessing you'll be spending about 12m
  17. I agree while I was getting a lot more trade requests at edgeville most people were buying in quantities of 1-5 just for that pking trip instead of the bigger masses they usualy do in world 2. I'm going to try fally again.
  18. K I'm trying it out but what I'm noticing that instead of people buying like 20-50 as they did in w2 fally they now just buy like 1-5 to use for their pking trip. Am I just unlucky or is that all I'm gonna get here at edge?
  19. My question is that I have 3k Prayer Potions (4 dose) that I want to sell and I want to know where I can sell them to maximize my profits? 1. Should I sell in world 2 Faladore where everyone else sell potions and herbs? 2. Should I sell in Edgeville, and is there any specific edgeville world I should go to? 3. Should I try to sell on the Official Runescape forums? Please help a fellow tipiter out. Also add any suggestions that I haven't listed here that you may have.
  20. No he means just buying a ton of cosmics and a mud staff and then just going to the mage traning arena behind the duel arena and enchanting the shapes there.
  21. Thanks for the clarification. I mixed up mitre and stole though when I wrote the post though :(. Oh well guess I'm going to have to go with a holy symbol then.
  22. wow that was fast, less than a minute. And boy does that suck :( What's the next best thing in terms of prayer bonuses? Holy Symbol?
  23. Do Mitres have a Prayer Req? Because I only have 44 prayer and I know there are certain god items that required 70 prayer or something.

I hate how all you guys ever recomend is bone bolts. They're slow as hell to train with. Even though it'll be more expensive it's faster to train with an MSB and steel arrows. Obviously red chins would be the fastest but they're also the most expensive (going to cost me 40m from 90 range to 99).
  25. I've known about the 9 target thing a long time ago however I heard some people in IRC say that the dungeon only gives half of normal combat xp. Has anyone heard about this?
