hey. i recently got my members back ( \ ) and i wanted to work on some skills. con and hunter were always my least favorite. It turns out, though, that they are my lowest stats. i am looking for a good way to get to at least 70 in each starting at 63 hunter and 61 con. for con my original game plan was to do oak larders, but then i saw the number... something like 7.5k oak planks... thats a lot of cash! any con tips would be nice. as for hunting, i got 63 by red sally's. i was wondering if i should stay with those or go to red chins. i went there for a bit, but got annoyed. they felt slow to me, but maybe thats just my distaste for the skill... if someone could help me out with either of the skills, i would really appreciate it. thanks :)

this was my first time buying a rare with the idea of making money, just to the person who thought i made money like this :P also, i talked to a lot of people and they all said its a good investment for the season, and i agreed with it myself. my lesson has been learned; never sell rares on a holiday, only buy them. oh well, first time experimenting with it, and at least i got knowledge out of it. thanks for the ideas :)

ok, well i bought a green mask for 20.5 a few weeks before halloween thinking the price should go up. it should have and i have been told it usually does. Now why the hell are they selling for 19.2, 2 days before halloween? manipulators? anyways, will they go up quickly after halloween? i dont like losing 1.3m for nothing. does anyone have a tip for anything regarding rares? i just am confused as ever about this. supply and demand should not be like this. when supply is down, price is up. the amount of masks couldnt have increased, so why would it drop, and by so much...?

I hate people calling level 3s autoers. I always keep my private chat off when I skill, too many idiots in F2P. i did the same when i was f2p a couple weeks ago. they are always asking how much money you have, then begging for it, or asking for help. i just dont talk usually because its too hard to have an intelligent conversation with a lot of people.

today i was fishing in catherby and there was some lvl 60 guy that comes in. he started to talk to some lvl 3 (not like usual catherby, there was only 1 or 2 lvl 3's which means that they could be skillers, not bots). his reason for calling them bots was because they didnt talk and they were lvl 3 -.- ignorance is becoming more common in rs now. he kept going on and on for like 10 mins, but i only put in the first bit. i was maging some metal drags the other day and i saw this cool close up.

And the hacker took the money, my natures, cooked lobsters, dragonstone, maple logs, and yew logs. :\ not at all :) thats too bad about the natures, lobbs, logs and other stuff going too. did he leave you with anything that you can use in any way? i know my hacker literally cleared my bank except for my untradables and a rune scimmy (he took a rune wc axe but left a scimmy? lol, just proves how smart hackers are :XD:

your bank and everything was amazing, and i am so sorry to hear you got hacked. I know what it feels like, except 6.6666667 times less. i was hacked back in my low lvl days for 3m and i hated it. First thing i did was making a bank pin. you should do the same if you havent already. I wish you the best in getting all your stuff back. Did the hacker only take the money and leave everything else? your skills are coming along great! i will rate you a 10/10 \ keep training those skills and you could be better than zzzamorak soon :D oh, and to those people that are saying drop trade more money over, thats crap. i think you just cant stand seeing a lvl 3 with better skills than you and more money than you lol. get off of your high horse and think that people might be better at certain things than you.

Maybe they did this to stop autoers partly? look at it like this: a wc autoer can't wc yews or magics with lvl 1 wc, can it? thats a possibility. atk and str stats for green drag bots, and the other skills are self explanitory. good find, might be

i know! it is so weird. and please, nobody say its fake... it isnt. to eliminate possible reasons, i will go through the random. i didnt mess any animal up, but i did cut off prison pete when he said "yay! we are free! i love you!" sort of thing. could that be it? any other suggested reasons?

i had just finished smelting some bars today and i got a bob random just as i went to go tele to sell some soft leather to someone. bob got me and i did the random. the result, however, was one i had never seen before... when i said all my stats i didnt really mean all, i just wasnt thinking, or i was thinking too hard about what happened lol. i have had the prison bob random a million times, but never ended up like this. btw, that ended up being the top floor of the port sarim prison. was this an update to randoms? if it was, it sucks a lot. no teles, or combat, or fletching, or mining, or smithing, or fishing, or cooking, and last being wc. i had to use my glory to get to edgy so i could kill myself.

i think there could be a couple adjustments made to the set up in order to maximize bonuses. i think swapping the holy symbol with a stole, d hide top for monk top, and d hide bottom for monk robes might be able to get a higher kill count which would lead to more bars and drops. The monk bottoms give 1 less prayer than the top, but the extra 15 range bonus added with the top makes up for it. also, the stole gives 10 to prayer.

you would be better off if you go south down by the geyser (sp?). it is in the south end. i went there with 75 range and 66 prayer and came out with not very much in comparison to others too. i tweaked my setup a bit and plan to go tomorrow. if i get the same result, i guess its just my luck, or lack of.

it is small, but i have wanted it for a while now. i was getting a farming lvl every couple days back before i had to go to f2p. i was closing in on 70 (my goal before my membs ran out) and got 69 with hours left. i was disappointed because it was my only members skill that didnt end in a 5 or a 0. farming was always one of my favorite skills. I recently got my membership back and finally got what i wanted :D

sorry to tell you, but he majority of people use granite or iron for 99. iron is most common btw. if you mine coal, people generally bank it which makes money but takes a lot of time. people who powermine iron get much, much higher exp per hour because they eliminate the banking process by dropping and you mine the ore in a fraction of a second unlike coal. Your guide is flawed a bit.

awesome guide! helped me so much, and out of my first trip there, i am completely satisfied. heres my return: i used a mojority of your setup, but found another that had same protection, but greater range and almost equal prayer bonuses. i think if something was tweaked, it could be better, just cant think of what... ill show it to you: this is also without snakeskin boots and a full zammy book (it would add more bonuses if it was full, mine is empty) my result is poor in comparison to my setup i believe, but thats just my luck :P the sara coif adds range bonus, the guthix stole adds 10 to prayer (not sure if it is better or worse than holy symbol, but i had one to use). hopefully this can be added somewhere to improve on or add to your guide :) once again, thanks so much for this guide

ive been looking on the rate this forum and i see a lot of topics titles "aviansies ftw!" or something like that. could someone please explain to me, in depth, of what they are, how to go there, and how to kill them safely with low risk preferably. i see a lot of people with 400 addy bars, 200k cash, clue scroll, herbs and runes. any help or advice would be appreciated. thanks in advance :)

its silly to rate someone on how long they have played, its like giving someone a higher mark on a maths exam because they studied for a shorter time. The only reason for time being taken into consideration is for something like "rate my account after 1 week" or "90-99 crafting in 2 days". You asked for people to rate you and sk8 gave you a fair rating. Your bank isnt that great and considering there are some great banks out there i give you a 6/10. i can see your point... kinda... but then would it be fair to rate someones bank against the richest people in the game? guarenteed if we did, most people would get a 0.1 or 0.2 out of 10. i dont see why you are making a fuss about someone requested they get rated out of the time they play. back on topic. nice bank. good variety of items, looks like you have something to use on most skills. keep it up and good luck on your 150m :) what is that for?

interesting... i went back and killed the soldier ants for the legs, as that was all i had left. 5 kills and i had them all. i think they soldiers have a better chance at dropping legs and the workers all the other parts

so maybe my number of 60-70k exp per hour isnt too insane?

70k an hour is insane :P. I powermined at granite for 85, which is much faster than iron, and 50k an hour was a FULL attention thing. I think the most you'll ever get is 50k an hour powermining. guess ive been told! lol. like i said, that was my guesstimate. i guess i forgot to take into account that i cant mine 3 rocks as fast as 2, but i was sure i could do 40-45k exp per hour... i timed it an everything! oh well, maybe not. it was late.
