I haven't played in a long time so this might be some sort of new random I've not had before. Anyway whilst ranging blue dragons in the ogre enclave I decided to have a look at the forums whilst waiting for the drag to die, but when I switched back to runescape I found my charecter standing in one of those demonic summon circle things in the draynor wizards tower on the top floor! With no explanation has to how he appeared there. Can anyone explain what might of happened? was it a random?

I don't get why jagex are so strict with these things, their like some sort of paranoid dictator. On WoW you could do many things that are banned on runescape such as sharing wealth between charecters, jagex are just too strict for their own good and have probably lost alot of money from players that have been banned unnecessarily and then decided to quit.

I would of thought that the value of gp is rising, as the majority of items are decreasing in value, therefore meaning you can get more for your cash. The value of dragon bones and hides (typical things I collect to gain money) for example are pretty much the same as they were 2 years ago when I last played, but the price of all barrows sets has literally halved and the dragon chain has lost 14 mill gp of value since last time I played. So, I'd just leave my gp as it is. But.. if you're convinced that the value of gp is going down, I'd invest in somthing that there will always be a demand for, such as dragon bones and hides (these have gone down in value but only because of the grand exchange release.. i think)

I found that whilst buring baby blue dragon bones In taverly dungeon I got two gravedigger events in quick succession, which really P***ed me off lol.

Lol I think its very likely that things like the new batman film could have an effect, maybe with the olympic games the price of agility related items etc. may go up? ;)

I agree, I must of killed around 4000 green dragons during the time I played before all these updates. I've come back and this rev updates is one of the worst (comibined with the loss of pking its just disgusting). I never once remember me getting so frustrated as I get now when getting attacked by revs, and its like this when doing clues, I rarely ever had problems with pkers whilst doing clues but now I'm getting attacked almost every wildy clue. It's also extremely difficult to range the red dragons in the wildy now too, without been killed by revs, I was killed in the last two attempts and lost about 300k.

Ive noticed that i spent too much time on the computer :ohnoes: but also ive become better at english due to reading huge essay style replies on this forum and other things, and i find it easier to understand new concepts in maths and stuff (not quite sure why that is #-o ) also im alot faster at typing obviously. However playing runescape over 3 hours EVERY day ive found has made me think about runescape non stop which is annoying, now i play an hour on weedays and about 4 hours on weekends.

I dont think items will ever be worth nothing because there comes a point where they've reduced in value so much people don't bother collecting them anymore and no one will want to sell for such a cheap price and so the value goes back up, then more people decide to collect the item again and the price goes back down. Its a see-saw basically. Example: Dragon chains drop to 10 mill in price, no one thinks going to kalphite queen to get one is profitable anymore so no one does. Then although there are alot of dragon chains in the game there are not enough sellers to satisfy people who want to take advantage of the price drop (Not many players will go to kalphite queen and not many players will want to sell their chain they got for 16mill), (although rumours could be spread that chains will continue dropping and players will be in a rush to sell). This means there are people wanting to buy but almost no people to sell and therefore the buyers will start bidding more, usually you get one person that bids 10 mill then other players add on 100k. Then because of the price rise more dragon chains will come on to the market and the price will go back down as there are more sellers.

Do they give achievement capes at university then? ive never seen one lol. I've noticed stuff like monkfish from real life, maybe jagex have gotten worse at dreaming up stuff that's not real.

Slayer cape first, then herblore, then construction or runecrafting, then agility or prayer.

I guess this makes me a noob then, The time ive spent in slayer already could of got me 99 cook and more id say, ive spent about 10 weekends training it up 3 hours per day in total. I prefer not to bore myself by training boring skills like mining that i dont want to train.

Slayer, its really the only skill i've put alot of time into. Im going for 85 now. I got hooked after talking to my friend who had 79 slayer a while back. Maybe runecrafting, i had 50 at about 65 combat.

Yea good point, i sort of meant they should also warn players if their update is going to be late aswell. But they might not know until the day.
