Ice Bursting At Barrows - A Full Guide!
All your "greater than" signs are backwards and you dont even have the best set up there. Best setup is full guthans + karils + anc staff and mages book. I can easily get 10+ runs in per trip with that gear, and I use 1-2 doses of ppot per run depending on tunnel. - Rune crossbow is better than karils xbow. - Your "suggested gear" is just the welfare gear which isnt right. - Ancient staff is the best staff by far. - Ahrims is better than mystic. - You dont include 99 capes in there, they are the second best cape.

The Guide to Monkey Guard Training
You only need 2 super antipoisons tops, and you need to add dharoking since about 9/10 people that train there are in DH.

Maging (Ranging maybe) Metal Dragons.
Err maging is slow even at 70 so maging at 65 wouldnt be too great unless you can afford arhims + infinity boots and seers ring and everything. Dont even try ranging.

What to cast 3k fire bolts on?
You said you had 78 mage first, then 52 now. You will only need like 8 Antifires to cast them all.

I cant update my sig?
Maybe try another broswer, so if you are using FireFox, try IE or Opera.

I cant update my sig?
Try again a bit later, also you may want to try restarting your browser. You are probably just lagging (and after about a minute it times out so waiting 45 minutes doesnt help).

99 range help
Just because trolls are in non-multi does not mean you cant attack more than one at a time. It means you cant be in combat with more than one, if they are not hitting you back then you are not in combat. Trolls are alright exp and easy to cannon once you find the safe spot.

raged lvling
Well then you can do them, free pray exp aswell.

raged lvling

Is training just as easy to lvl in f2p as p2p
Depending on where you are training and wether you are doing slayer or not, you can max up to 120k exp per hour on members, granted this is with nearly maxxed stats. Doing slayer normally you can get about 60k per hour.

whats better for barrows
Rune Kite, the defender really doesnt give a good advantage there.

Maging Steel Dragons
You will need approximately 250 Antifires (3k each sometimes a lil less) and this is assuming you use 7k casts per trip which I think you will. The reason you have to run all the way to the entrance is because the dragons can use their breath super long range, so you will not have enough time to talk to the sandwich lady (the biggest threat) in between the dragonfire.

Fastest way to train range?
Ive only really used mith since thats all I have but steel would probably do fine (I see many people using them)

Fastest way to train range?
Crystal bow is a waste of money. If you have done horror from the deep and Animal Magnetism, bolts are the way to go. These are extremely accurate and hit high damage which means fast training. I recommend experiments till you either get bored or get 65+ then head to fire giants in the waterfall.

Maging Steel Dragons
This is a fun way to level mage (I did it recently on my pure for 70-85), you will need to use fire bolt, wind bolt is just a waste. Your inventory will look like this: 16 Antifire Pots Any axe (dropping it later) 905 GP 2 free spaces 50 Nats 8k Chaos 24k Airs or 32k Fires (depending which you buy) A teleport (1 click preferrable) My guess for the amount of casts you will need is about 120k MAX. At street prices with buying airs (as i did) this will cost you about 18,360,000 gp. This seems like a lot but each run you will leave with about 200k of alchs, 500 bloods, 50+ rune bolts, A half key or too and the possibility of a dragon drop. And if you get a visage you are covered for all 120k casts. The strategy I recommend is go on the east side of the cave, there is two spawns there and if you are the only one killing steels you will be in constant combat. If you have a timer on your comp (or if you want to dl one) it will help. Set it for 5 minutes every time you drink a sip of antifire and though it wont run out at 5 minutes, it will by the time 6 minutes goes by. Just try and keep your curry drops, and kebabs ect. from randoms. If you get a random and the dragon is redbarred or VERY close then you can finish it, otherwise you will probably have to run all the way back up to the entrance and go through the vines (avoiding the dog on the other side). I usually fight the Hyde's just because they can drop pray pots, super restores and maybe an antifire. Hope this helps you and if you need to know anything else just post and ill check back soon.
