When they are, speak to one of the bankers and he/she will teleport you to the Party Room and tell you 'good luck' or something. Another suggestion is to make an invitation list; perhaps only those allowed in your Cc can teleport to a special room and then you can hold your party there along with a Public Party if you so choose.
