I think how it works is you have your public chat window with the blue writing in it, and then you can switch to another window for your group chat that's in... green maybe. :-k

Create Your Own NPC and Skill! Just fill in the blanks, and make sure they're TIF appropriate. Please use some creativity too. None of that "horse riding skill" kinda stuff here. :notalk: You can put something that you think Jagex would accept, but you can also put things that Jagex might reject at first sight (just has to be appropriate, of course.) Keep in mind that you can put other things along with the given info.
