"Noob" does not equal "newb" in any way, shape, or form. But in any case, I'd call a low leveled person a "newb" only because it's technically the nicer form of the two. And, a noob doesn't necessarily have to be a "higher level person."

I can see the homework, but sports and hanging out with friends..? Shouldn't people be doing that MORE, in the Summer? Football, basketball... those sports that are school-involved are never during the summer. Also, people have others things to do in life other than play RS... aka "social life." Anyway, I was able to spend 30 minutes to get my strength up to 70 (\), and it's only the 2nd day of school. But I also got a ton of homework. (I finished the homework before I played, like a good little boy should...)

Consider YOUR-SELF lucky. I started school 7 weeks ago and it doesn't let out till november! Wow, you guys are lucky! Here in the U. S., the typical school year lasts from late August/early September to early June... that's 9 months! :cry:

I got TONS of random events (I think including Mime in which I got Glass Box emote the 1st time and top + boots the 2nd time) when I was training in the Hill Giants' cave. But, keep in mind that they're Random Events.

No, there's a Pious Pete, and I think he's P2P only. I got Prison Pete twice, the first time getting a few gp, and the second time receiving 5 uncut sapphires.

Wow, that's some pretty extreme high alching you've got there... It'd be pretty dumb of Jagex to make something that costs, say, 100gp in the store, and when you high alch it, you get 130gp...

Now that the school year is starting for most of us, we'll probably have to change our playing times... 6 hours from the summer is down to 30 minutes after we finish our homework (at 11 PM)... But anyways, how significant will the playing time be between the summer time and the future school year for you? For me, I'll bet the usual 3 hours (summer) will soon become 15 minutes... (I don't know if I'm allowed to post this, but I'm entering High School, and I'm sure I'll be loaded with homework, especially since I'm in 3 honor classes... and an after school sport. -.-)

Kind of ironic, but I high alched my Fire Staff... 1. Had some fire runes (drops from Moss Giant), a fire staff, and some natures. 2. I thought I clicked on my Fire Staff since I could use the fire runes for something else. 3. Clicked on the high alch button and then on the backpack. 4. Not realizing I already hit the high alch button, I saw that my fire staff was still there because I didn't click on it. 5. So I click on the fire staff. In other words, high alching it. 6. My intention was a mith short sword from the Moss Giants. 7. Had to tele all the way back to Varrock (from Crandor) just to buy another one. #-o (

General P2P. And, keep in mind that level 5s don't train on the same monsters as level 76s do.

Well... remember the good ol' days when it took us all only 83 experience points to get from level 1 to level 2? And now that we're so much higher, it requires at least 50,000 expierence points... Sure, I do miss some of the shnoobish days, but being able to hit double-digits is pretty awesome too.

Probably start with a bronze pickaxe, mine coal and iron, sell that, make money to buy myself a rune pick... then I keep mining coal and iron for selling until I make about 500k. And then... buy all the stuff I need to "live" once again. : But if you look at my mining level... it's not even high enough to get into the Mining Guild. -.-
