You need F2P and a P2P catagory, because P2P has a lot more clothing to wear than F2P. (Even though it's probably just F2P because it's in the General for F2P.) Edit: I actually was a bit bored so I decided to create a female character. She's got no added clothing but the one you start out with at T. I., so she probably won't last that long. (Ooo... a blonde...) :-w

My goldfish told me about it last year. I was sitting there staring at the ceiling and wondering what to do when my fish told me to try this new game called "RuneScape." So, I tried it, and here I am, a little over a year later, with a level 87 account who has 32 crafting. : :thumbsup:

Erm, looks like I didn't phrase that too well. I meant any ideas for random events that occur only for non-combat skills like cooking and firemaking that don't already have a random event for it. -.- Freaky Foresters... Frogs... those don't have anything to do with non-combat skills.

We all know that there are various random events for such things like woodcutting, fishing, and mining. But I was wondering, what would the random events be like if there were some for, say, cooking? Or firemaking? Obviously, you could probably say burning food is a small one for cooking, but I'm saying something like... a random chef appearing by your side (Sandwich lady's husband :-s -.-) and doing something (definitely not making you choose the food he asks for and teleporting you if you choose the wrong one). What are your ideas? :-k

Yesh, good luck with that goal. I think fishing & cooking are the easiest skills to level up. (All thanks to the "Cook X" feature... :)

Seriously? I had no idea. Where and when did you discover this information? It is most likely how Jagex stores the number of coins you have. In JAVA, which runescape's code is based on, an integer goes to (2^31) -1. :shock: :-k :XD: -.- :uhh: =D>

I'd have to say, I agree 101%. No doubt about it. I love the line, "The point of a game is, in my opinion, to enjoy yourself and relax while having fun, so long as it does not disrupt the fun and enjoyment of others who are playing." 1st post. Yay.

I wrote a thread about leveling-up all of my F2P non-combat stats, and that can be found here. I'll probably post something every 2-3 days. I'll be on vacation from July 24 - August 2, so... yeah. I guess I'll just post anything unusual that's worth mentioning, and maybe some pics of me leveling up. Some basic info: I've been playing since the beginning of June of 2005, so it's been a little over a year for me. I play a lot during the summer, and go on occasionally during the school year when I have free time. I have this nasty habit of not wanting to spend large amounts of cash (don't ask why), so I usually just mine all my ores or runecraft all the ess I mined myself. (I think there's something inside me that wants to save up for something... :-k) I have a pretty good general idea about my surroundings (except for the place northwest of Port Sarim, I tend to get lost in that area since I seldom go there), so I pretty much know what I'm doing. I don't like to and don't know how to PK... and I think mining and smithing are the 2 most tedious skills ever (I think I might have to include woodcutting as well). That's all. Btw, all the times that I state are U. S. A. Central time. ->Friday - July 21,2006<- Did some fishing early in the morning (wasn't tired at all for some reason). 5:19 AM, I got this message: ->Saturday - July 22,2006<- Around 7 AM, I started cooking lots and lots of trout and salmon (200 of each) all alone in Edgeville. I got my fishing level up to 59, but I forgot to take the screenie. :cry: I got visited by the Security Guard in the middle of my cooking. I had my Skull Sceptre wielded because it's part of my non-combat outfit (you can see it in the goals page). Since I was able to attack the Security Guard, I tried to open my bank to get my scimmy, but every time I got it opened, the Guard hit me and the bank closed. So, after a few attempts, the Security Guard left and I didn't get anything. (Oh well, I wasn't expecting anything good from him anyway. Probably just a gem or a few gp.) 8:06 AM, got this message: ->Sunday - July 23, 2006<- Did some fishing all morning and got 60 fishing at 4:28 AM along with 880 total level: Cooked all the salmon I got and some of the trout to 60 cooking which completes the fishing/cooking goal: Now it's time to work on firemaking and woodcutting... :
