^^Rock Band 2 20 Free DLC^^ I'm excited for X Japan, Underoath, and Shaimus. Never heard of the others. Rock band 2 dlc - That bad .. They will give it to you for free. Way to not know what your talking about, these are 20 songs that were supposed to be on-disc, but were not finished in time. So they put a code on the instruction manual of each game to get the extra tracks instead of pushing back the release date. And Rock Band DLC is amazing, can you really call it bad at all when Guitar Hero has like 20 DLC songs in total, and Rock Band will have over 500 songs by the Holidays?

If I had to break it down day by day... WITH MY 360: Monday: ~3 hours Tuesday: ~3 hours Wednesday: 5-6 hours Thursday: 4-5 hours Friday: 5-6 hours Saturday: 8-9 hours Sunday: 6-7 hours WITHOUT MY 360: Monday: 1-2 hours Tuesday: 1-2 hours Wednesday: 5-6 hours Thursday: 3-4 hours Friday: 5-6 hours Saturday: 5-6 hours Sunday: 5-6 hours I don't have my 360 at the moment because of a D average in Math class... but most of my time has just transfered over to console/peripheral modding and hacking on the computer. Also the numbers can change a lot if say my job is canceled on Monday (yes I work one day a week, I'm only 14!), or if my friend invites me over to his house. Also when I did the Endless Setlist a month ago, I think I played 14+ hours of Rock Band in one day, and when I do the Endless Setlist 2, I'll probably end up playing 20+ hours over a span of 2 days. I just spent like 20 minutes posting this... dang

Wow, nice :shock: ! How long did it take to complete it? er... we started at about 10 am, got 14 songs in, then the power cut out, so we started again, and we finished at about 4pm..ish. I think. After that we played some DLC for a while so I cant remember exactly when we finished the setlist itself. Pssh, real men start the ESL at 10pm and get 289/290 stars on Guitar/Bass/Drums! Run to the Hills at like 2am (we took a couple of breaks) after playing 57 songs in a row = no chance at 5 stars with a drummer :D I'm trying to free up some time for the ESL2 with my friend, but someone keeps coming up, last friday his mom had to work out in his basement just before we started at 7... for 2 hours. And we weren't going to start at 9 because we wanted the Bladder of Steel achievement (No failing/pausing), and since we were doing guitar and drums, 83 songs in a row + 2am + visions + drums = mega phail

Well, since my post was deleted and I was temporary banned when I posted about Guitar Hero: On Tour, I'll have to post it again. I got Guitar Hero: On Tour (Nintendo DS Guitar Hero), and I just finished the Expert career yesterday. I'm going to try to 5* the whole song (last tier could take a while!), and I actually don't think it's that bad of a game despite all the negative reviews! I also managed to load a LEGAL BACKUP of my Wii GH3 game, so now I'm one step closer to customs (which are LEGAL!). I'm not 100% sure why I was banned, but I think it was because I talked about my R4 (DS flashcard) in my post before.

I'm 14, and this will be my last Halloween. I'm not sure what I'm going to be dressed up as (I haven't actually dressed up for a while, last year I was a Red Sox fan, all I did was wear a Red Sox jersey and hat), but I'm going to trick-or-treat at my friends house. The next day I'm going to a Rock Band 2 tournament with my friends, and hopefully win some cash :thumbsup: EDIT: I really wanted one of these last year... But they're really expensive, so if I can find a cheap one I'm getting one in a heartbeat!

This is mainly because of the tons and tons of people with PS2s, and Sony still making PS2 games. Considering that Sony is a huge company that does way more than consoles, I seriously doubt this. Also, Sony was on top for a long time, they just made the mistake of a 400-500 dollar console. Screw blu-ray, and then they would have had a 200 dollar console that sells like wrapping paper in December. PS> Calling someone an idiot for trying to post something productive? I mean, it has some pretty hefty specs, but blu-ray is what allows it to use that. I mean, without that it's just a souped-up 360 that wouldn't be able to reach it's potential. Hell, I don't think it will reach it's potential even with the blu-ray. Want to know what makes a PS3 better than a 360? Blue-ray. 360 games are limited to a 20gb disc space, I think it might even be less than that. Blue-ray discs can store up to 80gb of data. A four-disc set for the 360 is a regular disc for the PS3. But no one wants to pay $600 for a console. That's why they lowered the price. *zing*

I admit it, I love my post count, it makes me feel good about myself when I hit a nice even number :D I don't spam just to get post count, and in my opinion I don't post that much. But I keep coming back to Forum.Tip.It (I can type it really fast now from all of the times I've typed it into the address bar) because I love reading about all the events in peoples lives, having discussions with other members, and just being a part of such a great community. Oh god, I feel like such a nerd.

I'm wondering how it'll work if the album is released. Couldn't I just get a free can somewhere, then go to another place and get another free one?

I haven't had anything downloading for a long time on the this computer, it just auto-starts (no downloading) when I log on. I did quit out of Steam, and now it seems to be going normal speed again! I'm going to uninstall it, since I don't need it on this computer anyway. If it happens again I'll ask you guys again!

Today, my computer has been running REALLY slow, programs like iTunes are running normal speed. But when I'm browsing online it goes incredibly slow (it took 5-6 minutes to open firefox, load the forum index, go to Tech and Computers, and open a new topic form). I've tried using Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer, they are all really slow. But this is the family desktop computer because my laptop isn't usable at the moment.). The rating Vista gives my system is 4.7 is that affects anything. I have 27.1GB left out of 64.4GB on my hard drive, so that isn't an issue. Any help would be appreciated greatly!

I hope this games campaign is harder then the first. My second time ever playing, I slept over at my friends house and we beat the entire co-op campaign on Insane that night.

Why? Because the Strat sucks at alt-strumming? You can use any other guitar in RB you know... I know, but it'd just be even more of a pain to get the right strumming speed and nail the HOPO's since RB's timing window is very tight. Although I'm not sure if the timing window is a little more lenient in RB2...nevertheless it'd still be a lot harder compared to GH3. Well it's a good thing it's not in Rock Band then. :D

Send it in to Microsoft. Or return it for a refund at the store if you still can. If your feeling lucky, you could google "X-Box 360 Disk Read Error" and try to find some fixes. Chances are you're not the only one who's experienced this kind of trouble.

I couldn't wait, so I downloaded it yesterday (still have my iTunes pre-order though), and I'm disappointed. I'm hoping it will grow on me, but this album is too much like Sufferer and the Witness (which makes sense I guess...), and I didn't like that album that much.
