^^I think he means that inflation harms the economy because inevetably there is a constant increase with money and product. Meaning that prices drop and Jagex continually bring out new armour and weapons to subdue inflation. But I don't think this is a bad thing...the original poster didnt mention any examples of the 'backlash' of this though. Could he elaborate some examples as I don't really follow the economy.

Have you ever made a trade and been relatively satisfied with it and then painfully discovered that you were actually merched. By merched I do not mean scammed or conned simply been caught by a merchant and lost money. Well share your stories :ohnoes:

I would disagree, the way Runescape is constructed makes it very addicting, you could spend hours on certain skills neglecting the real world. Young people are very susceptible to these kinds of 'patience' as you say. I say there is a difference between teaching patience and being exposed to addiction. Don't say people aren't addicted to Runescape because alot of people become addicted, look at us, members of a fansite to a childrens game.

Yes Gidion telling your child to go play runescape is the best way for them to learn patience. Not by teaching them to ride a bike or tie their shoe laces. You're right the merit of work should be learnt on an online game not by helping your parents in the garden or getting all your homework done and that bit extra to please your teacher. Runescape is the way to go!!!!!!!! /sarcasm

well mgs was a very good game for its time...but I prefered the story line to syphon filter and kinda got bored of the consistent stealth in mgs, syphon filter seemed more of a balance.

Because we're talking about Iraq, and Bush went to war with Iraq...its pretty obvious if you really think about it.

I recently ordered one and two from amazon they're on the playstation. they are probably my favoruite games of all time, overshadowed by mgs1 at the time but I prefer it. Really intense action, difficult game as well. has anybody played any of the series, im not expecting recently because they were made in 99/01 era but anybody remember the series?

I think he should go, in fact I think it would be good if all political leaders that declared war went to war. I know Harry isnt a political leader but I would like to see Blair and Bush leading the battles, politicians nowadays bunch of wimps...

On the main page of the general board there are often 4-5 locked topics more than the rants board. I think it should be atleast increased otherwise this is a complete double standard. I'd also argue that often people put alot more effort into their posts than in general, yet they are gone within a month. While in general why do all the 'how many...[blah blah] do you have' get to be kept for two years?

Runescape is becoming a police state :ohnoes: But seriously I have seen many advertisements for buying runescape gold on tipit, I know the admins say "its not their faults" etc etc, but I think Jagex were glancing in this direction when they said "we have noticed some 3rd party sites,which call themselves 'fansites' but then advertise black market trading sites". Tipit should be careful Jagex don't crack out the legal whip or anything like that.

I usually aim for over 100 villagers throughout the game :)
