Toxicologist you can't use the excuse that because you got an update you somehow deserve another. Really...that analogy about F2P being a hungry dog can really be proved here. No, the mage is severly overpowered in lower levels in fact I wouldn't complain if their powers were reduced at this level. Depends what you class as medium in pking terms but I agree when Rangers get to 50-60 ranged mage begins to fall back. Bind can be very affective in a team or clan and if you know what you're doing you'll realise how powerful it can be. Runecrafting... That would completely destroy any hope of rangers and melee pking. Which is why this idea will never come to pass.

It was smaller and therefore containing a smaller amount of idiots. In my opinion it was a better community just because it was a smaller one. Yeah if you havent played, dont trash the game you play. Community was better because it was smaller.

People that say human beings aren't effecting the ice caps melting have exactly the same mentality as people like Neville Chamberlain that told us Hitler was a nice guy that wasn't going to continually invade countries. Stop looking for excuses and reasons to do nothing and start doing something. Because its people like you that will be the first ones pushed off the boat, cocky buggers.

Still, I am sure some people use the search function and when they fail to find anything from the beginning of last month they post, there's your problem. If it was extended mods might have some proof to stop repetitive topics. In theory with the existence of the search button an extension to the archives would reduce spam and more topics being repeated.

Unlikely, you could click your way to 99 in a skill that perhaps you would think would benefit you in real life. Maybe you want to be a farmer when you're older but I guarantee even if you maxed out farming you would still know absolutely nothing about the skill that is farming. Runescape is not educational, if parents wanted there child to be educated they could introduce them to a book.

But Rants isn't really a fast moving forum. There is plenty of time to come back to a post that may be near page 4 and respond to it (putting it back to page 1). If a rant is worthy, it will take longer. Also if something is that popular to discuss in rants, it should probably be in Debates forum anyway. The reason so many are locked has nothing to do with that. Most are because there is a sticky they can/should use or it isn't really a rant. I've never seen (or locked) a rant because there used to be a rant about it that got deleted. Plenty of time to respond, perhaps, however what happens in three monthes time when someone starts posting about a topic that has already been completely over done. There is no chance to bump up the thread meaning there is nothing to stop people from continually reposting the same argument. I'm not talking about it getting deleted I mean what happens when it drops off the four page marker? You don't lock a thread that is practically a double, well I personally don't like looking through rants that have been debated a thousand times. If the page memory was extended people might not complain that the search button doesn't work in that section and we wouldn't see so many 'recycled' topics.

No I haven't seen it yet but I'm saying that (like The Core) the story line looks a bit silly, not that it won't be a better film. Yeah agreed, everything about this movie looks quite unbelievable but I might watch it if I was forced though. But I think its not just my type of movie.

Alot of the general board threads are recycled trash that people repost consistently. Why are they allowed to be kept for two years? Also tripsis even a good rant may drop below page 4 occassionaly, then its gone. Did you ever wonder that the reason you have to lock so many topics in rants is because when users search for a rant, only rants from the beginning of last month appear.

why does the rants forum only archive 4 pages of threads while general board has about 70-80 pages going to 2005. While the rants only goes to the end of last month. Any paticular reason for this concatenation that is a malapropism to my well-being? Hopefully there is a reason for this abomonation.
