  1. Buy gold bars 250-300 each Buy saphires 350-400 each Ring of recoils - Sell in PK world, edgeville 1.5k each (Undersell the 2kers and sell quick) Lather, rinse, repeat. Same works for Rubies for forging.
  2. It's called "Burthroping" an assignment. Go to the slayer master there, and he'll assign you one of the lower level ones, thus ridding yourself of crappy high level ones.
  3. Amen, dragons get my vote. Personally I mage them, pays for my runes (Yay paid to mage and not high alcing.) I use the Heroe's Basement, and pick him off as he spawns, but it's often packed. Do this, but run the risk of competing with me. :P
  4. Anti dragon shield, and a good deal of food you could, though I think most likely you're going to take one heck of beating, specially if you're doing wildly killing, that pker 10 levels or so higher than you will eat you alive.
  5. The cake stall in ardougne is just a few clicks away from the master farmer.
  6. Personally I feel knights are the best bet, just get in the steady habit of right click-pick pocket. For variety, and slightly more money, do master farmers, just click them like crazy to do multiple steals. Best place for knights, go to ardounge, smack a knight, lure him into a building with stairs, climb stairs, return to ground floor with door closed into building, and loot away.
  7. I just wait till right before the alcing sounds ends and click, the ping delay always has you alc the next item the precise moment the last one ends.
  8. There's a lil known secret, but I've found it to work amazingly well. Spend as lil time asking how to make money, and go use a skill to make money.
  9. If you can afford expensive stuff... just buy from players for a steep 5-10k a set...
  10. I think blue wizard robes are about as good as it gets. Magic ammy, and um.... staff. Any more imput on this?
  11. Think of it this way, would you rather take the strength bonus, which being small, you'd hit maybe 1, MAYBE, 2 points higher. Or, take the warrior helm and have the small percent chance of turning a few 0s into atleast decent hits. Basically 4 9s is better than 3 10s.
  12. You can do PC, but.... if you don't like "long and annoying" things, then you will likely get burned out of the same ol' repetive PC runs. Think of it this way, don't do Monkey Madness, use semi-good d long. Do Monkey Madness, and a few hours will mean a lifetime of using one of if not the best dragon weapon.
  13. I've always done abby crafting, as long as you take the proper precautions and know what you're getting into, it's amazingly fast.
  14. Whatever you rather do. What good is woodcutting if say you go crazy with boredom hitting a tree. Or vice versa, in the end both pay well, with magic logs being about 1k each and sharks being about 1k each and (correct me if wrong) you get both at the same speed pretty much. (Maybe different with upgrade with dragon wc axe.....)
  15. If there was a "great" way to get smithing exp, everyone be doing it, sadly there's no great way. 1) High profit - lowish exp speed: Cannon balls. 2) Low profit - Medium exp speed: Buy iron ores, smelt, iron knives, sell. 3) Loss of cash - High exp speed: Buy gold ores and smelt with gaunts. 4) Low cash - slow exp speed: mine coal and iron, alc plates. (Did this one... it's horrid.)
  16. edit: Well dang, shot me theories out of the water. Least you know the problem now though.
  17. It is very strange. Do you connect using proxies by any chance?
  18. Seems to be working fine for me. You may be trying to log into a group of down servers. Try different worlds?
  19. Not trained there in ages, but I do recall some trees and bushes all over the place that were good for cover.
  20. But of course, even a knight's gotta cooridinate.
  21. I think Edge is about 2.5 clicks north, and W Varrock is like 4+ clicks. Basically just see how many full radar clicks for each it takes or time it with a stop watch. :P
  22. Go run a few hundred laps at the Gnome Agility Course. Welcome, and please enjoy your stay. :P
