  1. If it's a white screen, try this lil trick. Always play RS with 2 windows open. 1 RS, 1 anything. If your RS screen goes all white (just the game area) switch over to the other browser window, then, back to RS. Fixes mine everytime.
  2. Well, the reason is you're not directly attacked by him, you're constantly bombarded with flying hammers, crane arms, moving carts, etc, etc, many different attacks and you can't switch/protect them all.
  3. I'm having the same problem as you, and sadly I've yet to find a solution. The "best" thing to do is join one of the level 90+ clans for PC... but alas that just smokes most pures right there. Sadly, best thing I can recommend is bite the bullet and deal with the other crappy crowds doing it in 78. PC isn't as friendly to everyone as it once was.
  4. Naw, I've been burning shades before, I have Burg de Rot bank and salve ammy, I was just mostly looking for something to show what all chests have a chance of yielding, as one of the guides mentions. Thanks for the info guys.
  5. I'm pretty much looking to see if anyone knows a guide around burning shades (besides the half-rumped tip it one right now) something that focuses more on the types of drops each key can yield, strategies for burning, etc, etc.
  6. Oh trust me, can't stand smelting, I just super heat addy bars in grand tree, smith them into swords and alc
  7. Ok, here's the simple version. I wanna level smithing. Do I: A) Buy 1k steel bars 600k, Cannon balls, sell 800k B) Buying a boat load iron bars 200 each. Sell knives 40ea (0 profit) C) Keep mining coal/addy in Grand Tree and smelting. I'm not looking for the most profitable or fastest, just personal experiences on what you, the view, feel is better.
  8. I vote brimhaven dungeon, simply cause it's varriety, I go crazy going in the same circle over and over and over and over again. Plus the ticket redemption feature works great, always aim for 100 points, or maybe even drop a few for toadflax, believe it or not how i also got my herblore up a bit.
  9. You could try this. Bring: 1 Water staff, Law runes, Pick axe, Ring of Charos(u) Ring is optional but it does save ya atleast alil coins and hassle each trip. Mine the north west Brimhaven gold spot, then teleport to ardoune to bank. Take boat, lather, rinse, repeat. Train some magic while you do it, plus 1 ore pretty much pays for the laws each time and it's relatively fast. In the end though, after doing this for about 10k gold ores, I now still say Azirian mines are 100,000 times faster, but if you really don't wanna go there, this was my best alternatice I could find.
  10. Could always burn shades, I believe the one's that drop black keys give loads of black scimmies and stuff.
  11. Well, the one's in canifis I believe are 650 gold a piece. Personally I buy up a few sets, sell each 10k a pop. I don't advertise it though, that's just cheezy and trying to milk a profit. I just wear them around, someone see's it and they'll gladly pay 10k for them it seems.
  12. Nothing worth mentioning I really thing, they're mostly just for looks.
  13. Fire giants ftw. No joke, get you about 20k iron knives, go there. Bring runes for alcing and a chisel for cutting gems into bolt tips. Once they stop attacking you, you can even change worlds and they will stay passive this lets you safe spot them as long as you wont forever and ever untill out of ammo. They drop LOADS of rune arrows, fire runes, bloods, herbs, rune scimmies and can even drop cut d stones, d meds and much more. They don't seem to have to much defense all around and 111 health is a huge chunk of exp.
  14. Ok, simple question from you fans of the treasure trails. I got one right to starting off at the bandit camp in level 20 some wildy and I was wondering how PK heavy this spot is, cause um, it seems pretty popular in videos....
  15. Me personally, since I work in mining/smithing/magic alot I do this. Mine and super heat addy bars. Make addy medium helms. Alc. No money lost really since I make my own nats and get my own stuff.
  16. Rather curious as to where people feel is the best place to mine addy. I'm preferably looking for a place with coal there for super heating. So far the Grand Tree is the only one I can find near a bank.
  17. actually in find north of yanille bank to be the best for me...
  18. I think it's [developmentally delayed]ed to report someone for asking your age, evern if they're being rude about it. Personal details are more along the lines of locations, sex, and what are you wearing. Looking for reasons to take things into rule breaking is just pushing the line. Jagex has to deal with spammers, filter dodgers, macroers, scammers, and all around bad guys, filling their box full of "He asked for my age" is rather insulting.
  19. This is exactly how I leveled early on, and it works great, only I'd change one thing. Use edgeville bank, there's a well right next to it, like 10 steps from bank. And yes, i recommend 4-8 buckets, it goes alot faster with that ammount.
  20. Clay -> Water = Wet Clay -> Pottery
  21. If you're pay to play two good spots. 1. Azarian Mines in Keldagrim. BEST Spot, but bring Ring of Charos(u) 2. North West Brimhaven, there's 10 rocks a 1 respawn. Good altnernative if you don't wanna do "Between a Rock...." but bring a water staff and laws, teleport to Ardoune, then take boat back, quick but pricey.
  22. I believe the Champions guild south west of Varrock sells them.
  23. Personally, I think you're at the best one, simply cause you can kill them so quickly and they drop herbs like 75% of the time.
  24. That's um, pretty much the mentality behind every business on Runescape... all "mining stores" "ore stores" "rune stores" you see on forums do this.
  25. Ah good, not had it happen yet, but well. I know me and foresee muh bookie hitting the ground from time to time.... Thanks man.
