If anyone here hasn't figured it out, what you "feel" doesn't mean SQUAT. Get some data to support your hypothesis, don't just assume something as a fact because you "feel" it's true. Ex: Chen compared data from before and after the rumor, and no change was noticable at the Barrows. I, and probably most Barrowers, end up with a near precise amount of prayer left after certain kills (I'm almost always at 35 Prayer when I finish off Dharok) excluding rare mishap scraps. If no change in average drain occured in this scenario, and if enough data was collected (and I'll assume there was with 49 Barrows drops) then Chen's hypothesis has some solid support. So everyone, stop posting what you "feel", and give us at least the slightest reason to even consider reading your post.

My Mage's Book, got it the week it came out, have never sold it, always will have it 8-) . It's got decent value, stats, and it's just plain cool :P .

Good music, Ice Cubes, and lvl 70 moving targets in Castle Wars are all one needs to feel content in life. And to everyone who said they would do anything qualified as boring- you should either get outside a bit, or find something better to do with the INSANE amount of free time you must have to find cutting down a pixelated tree a million times fun. Meh, I got to use my time wisely with schoolwork, I don't have the time or patience to spend my only free time doing something boring :-# . Trust me, after doing 7 hours of homework, I'd kill myself before I even got through the first tree :-# :lol: .

That's one of those things that seems black and white when you're a kid just because someone told you so, but once you mature and actually think for yourself you'll realize that that's not necessarily true.

I'd spend every last penny I had, finally buy back a Fury (only item needed for "perfect" mage outfit for me ), sell everything but my CW runes and equipment, and then have a Barraging rampage in CW until I ran out of runes. Oh, and a Ancients party with the SODB of course.

If I didn't know any better I'd say every last line of that was bull, but meh, I'm a skeptic at heart.

But I save bank space, and I look cooler than you by having every Teleport Portal :P . Yes, I have 3 Portal Rooms. Haza.

The 8 spaces would have something to do with Ice Barraging poor saps... at least 7 anyways, the 8th of course, as someone stated, would be Andrew's head.

God Capes 8-) . That way us mages would get an even better advantage over the ranger's, who miss out because they don't have a cape :P (though the melee get the Fire cape...ah well, Fire cape would still help Mages). Also, God Cape would help more than Ahrims Hood :thumbsup: .

+1 in those exact words :P Ironically, I always ask my ingame friends that, 'cause I don't get it. I mean, what the HELL is wrong with most Scaper's? Do you realize you're spending hundreds of hours clicking on the same rock for a number, and this is what you call fun? And I'm sure that's a very productive way to spend your life :roll: . That is why the only thing I ever do is CW. Everything else is boring, repetitive, and pointless. When I've got no more than an hour or two a day of free time thanks to intense Junior Year homework I don't want to spend my free time clicking on a pixelated tree over and over and over.... Homeowork ex: I've got 4 tests on Monday, and my English teacher assigned a 400 page book this weekend, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. My teachers are, in every sense of the word, sadistic.

Probably some decent Abyss crafting. I hate Runecrafting, but with no one to annoy me I could make a ton of nats, fast :lol: .

Rebdragon17. (97) Tried once, lagged out at Wave 60 (Jad is 63..). That's not the reason I can't get it, nor is it that I lack the funding or skills. The reason is that I doubt I will have a free 2.5 hour slot open until Christmas vacation thanks to Junior year homework....

If you're like 70+, maybe 75+ Slayer or something maybe then you should go ahead and finish off the training and get 85. But at the current time, working from grounds zero would be a TOTAL waste of time; there are many other things you could be doing to get cash instead spending time training Slayer. 85 Slayer is no easy feat, it takes 100s of hours of Slayer training to achieve... those 100s of hours could definitely be put to better use than the ever declining, ever rarer Whip drops.

That and they're total cowards too. Last week I got an Oziach lure message for the first time, someone desperate to buy an Ancient Staff for 190k (I had a Mage's Book, Ahrims, Verac Bras, Infinity Boots, Seers Ring, etc on, so he obviously knew I had the expensive items). First I just deposited everything and took the staff there, sure enough I got Ice Blitzed by a loser in Ahrims. I gloried back to Edge, suited up in Black Hide, DDS, and Magic Bow, pots, and headed out to own that S.O.B. When I saw him I spec'd him in the face offscreen, he put on some Rune, and I dds spec'd him for a 27 4. Guess what he did next? You got it, he ran :lol: . And the best part about it is that I've never pk'd in my life :lol: . Scammers aren't just scum, they're flat out pathetic :lol: .
