Only white females huh? Instead of focusing all of our energy and resources covering the court cases of these events why don't we all work on preventing these incidents from happening and finding the person before they're harmed?

Here's a quote from one of my friends "The prosecutors may not have had solid evidence but it was OBVIOUS that she was guilty!". It's great to know that there are people out there who would convict people of crimes without sufficient proof.

It's not that the pedestrains have the ROW in any situation. It's more of a "Don't run over a person even if he's completely asking for it".

Hence why people are a little upset. Perhaps once you start driving you'll realize how rude and inconsiderate this is. Why is it rude or inconsiderate? Because you're making multiple drivers wait for you when they have the right of way. Then I contest drivers having right of way. I also have to use this method even when there IS a marked crosswalk because people still do not stop. But you can't contest it, because legally they have the right of way. There's no ifs, ands or buts about it. Does the marked crosswalk have a stop sign? If it doesn't they have no obligation to stop; and once again you have to wait. Actually, pedestrians have the right of way as soon as they enter the crosswalk. In the state of Texas at least.

What the [bleep] man? Nobody stops for pedestrains in the middle of the street because we aren't supposed to, it can be dangerous and time consuming. Use a crosswalk.

Surely 15 years of jail is going to be better than his current situation if he had to resort to robbing banks. At least in jail he gets a bed, a roof over his head, 3 meals a day, health care, showers, and other things you wouldn't get if you were homeless.

Texas sucks for fireworks. Fireworks banned in 150+ counties because of a "fire risk" from the 4 month drought we're currently in.

Rather than list all of the shows I watch it would be easier to list the channels I watch. Cartoon Network/[Adult Swim] Comedy Central G4TV Animal Planet The Science Channel I'll watch pretty much anything on those channels but there's a select few which I've got to change the channel when it comes on...
