We do 2-3 parades a year. There's our city parade that we do in October and then The Battle of Flowers parade in April. We're also going to Disney Land this year to march in that parade. We did a parade in Disney World 2 years ago. Parades are a lot more fun when you're watching them.

According the the urban dictionary, it's a more badass name for dishwasher. We'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say he washes dishes with the blood of Nazi sharks. Impossible. Nazi sharks don't bleed, they only cause bleeding. Nazi dinosaurs however are perfectly susceptible to bleeding.

That seems like a huge waste of time. How well does your band do? Well the pre-school year band camp is only for memorizing and rehearsing pep band music. We don't learn any other music or practice general playing skills or anything. It gets all the pep band stuff out of the way during regular band classes, which is nice. And football games start immediately. We have two actual bands, concert band and wind ensemble, wind ensemble being the advanced band. Concert band is usually for freshmen and sophomores along with juniors and seniors who couldn't make wind ensemble (you have to try out). So concert band is really just like training for wind ensemble, you could say. Our wind ensemble wins a [cabbage] ton of awards every year and our music department is one of the best in the state, easily the best in the city. The actual band camp we have is kind of a waste, but hey, it's fun. So I'm not complaining. Huh. Our band has "seasons". Marching season, from mid July to November, and concert season, from December to the end of the school year. Our band camp is almost exactly like Boros's but with minor changes and we keep doing marching stuff even when school has started. Our football team does amazingly well so we actually have to keep going to football games well into November. We have 4 bands. Bands 1, 2, 3, and 4, 1 being the best and 4 being the JV band which doesn't march the show or go to competitions. Bands 1-3 are the entire marching band but are individual units during concert season. Everybody has to try out and you're placed into one of the bands based on how well you did compared to everyone else. This was our show last year. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X6Wpqm3k1ho

Busy day tomorrow. I've got to get a haircut in the morning, fill up my car with gas, register for school, buy some food for the band picnic on Friday and then go to the last day of band camp.
  6. I guess this is the only thing that applies to me. I dunno if video games have much to do with it, but I'm [bleep]ing awesome at laser tag. Having a slightly higher reaction time and accuracy than those who don't play FPS games doesn't sound too far fetched does it?
  7. Kinda how I felt right after I walked out of the theater when I watched Avatar.
  8. Admittedly, Runescape was godly for my typing skills. While playing lazer tag I'm often at the top of the charts and I also have a habit of holding my saxophone like an assault rifle.
  9. It's weird how nobody turns their head at a 38 year old and a 34 year old but 18 and 14 is "too much".
  10. You know what would be hilarious*? If she was telling the truth about her age and the person who texted you lied. *Not for you, for everyone else.

The amount of side effects in the medicines we have today is ridiculous. I can't help but feel that by the time we come up with a cure for cancer, the side effect will be AIDS. In other news, I'm eating the best ice cream ever. Stephen Colbert's Americone Dream. It's vanilla ice cream with a caramel swirl and fudge covered waffle cone pieces. Eating this godly ice cream while watching the Colbert Report of course.
  12. Go to the beach or something. Try having a broken AC in Texas.
  13. I liked the way they did it in Fallout where as soon as you discover the place you can fast travel to it. Of course with TES the world is so much bigger than in any Fallout game.

I got Netflix on my 3DS. Hahahaha.

I went to go see 30 Minute or Less with my dad and then I found a pair of working earphones on the ground outside. Keeping the earphones for my 3DS. Then I bought sausages and BBQ sauce to make for a potluck on Tuesday. So yeah, not a bad Saturday.

Tell her to bring something she can get wet in?
  17. I just got back from seeing 30 Minutes or Less. All of the characters in it were just great. 4/5
  18. Because it is simply the most extreme show they can watch. It's target is extremely girly and for little kids. Phineas and Ferb, for instance, would be a great substitute for My Little Pony, however, it's gender-neutral and aimed for kids of all ages. It won't have the same *effect* as MLP would have. All going back to the bandwagon, of course. Why not something like Winx Club or W.I.T.C.H.? (ignore that fact that I'm aware of these shows)
  19. So was it a real PK?
  20. explain Well i used to be on the 6th grade and i used to send and receive messages from my friend during class which contained the dirtiest known bad words :P got expelled for 3 days. Text messaging in 6th grade? When I was in 6th grade people still passed notes... If anyone ever did have a cell phone is was a crappy "regular" (one that doesn't flip, slide, or have a touch screen) or a cheap flip phone.
  21. Sure it is. You get your own television show and MTV pays for pretty much anything you could ever need to take care of a child.
  22. Agreed. People who blame others for their lack of sexual advances even though their personality is obnoxious, pretentious, damn irritating and needy/clingy. Apologies but you've got to look at yourself for your own failings, you cannot get anywhere by blaming others. Can you believe that only a couple of centuries ago people went without bathing for weeks? A couple days without a shower isn't going to kill anyone, and it's damn easy to mask a scent. One day without a shower my hair is greasy and I get attacked by spots. No odour de masculine can hide that. I don't have that problem. My hair is short enough to see my scalp.

  24. So I managed to catch an episdoe today and I've got to say, both sides are being way too ridiculous about this. It wasn't awful, but it was nowhere near good enough to have the following it has from adults. So now I'm on the side that thinks that this began with people pretending to think MLP was cool and then a bunch of people got caught up with the idea of "bronies".
  25. I was caught playing my DS during lunch. I'm a good student. :|
