i dont like construction and it seems like an obvious atempt to get money out and if you realize that you shouldnt do it unless a. youre rich or b. you dont care(i do) ill train construction but only after the excitement is over. Im a little dissapointed because there arent really that many ways to make money off of the skill either. Almost all other skills you can with the exeption of firemaking. I think its a good idea to stock up on cash because a lot of money is going out means that the value of money will increase

Jesus DID die, but he rose again, which is one of the greatest points in christianity and is what seperates christianity from other religions. Another quaral, did God create evil? :shock: He created everything, and evil is something. Why do I belive god created evil? I think that evil is a test. It is like a filter that seperates men who do not belive in god. I find proof of this in the story of Adam and Eve. God MUST have created them knowing they were to do wrong. Why would he create man to make there own choice weather or not to do evil? It's like this: If you have a cat that you hug and love too tightly, the cat realy doesn't love you back. It is forced to do what you want it to do. However, if we have our own choice and chose to love god, that is real love and not forced love. Owned! Uh, yes actually. It's called rising real estate prices. You aren't making money, but if you were to sell your house, it would be worth more, so technically, you are. In this, you cannot resell your house. So the money is lost. But you are getting away from the initial purpose of this thread. Construction is NOT a money maker, instead it is a FUN maker. Don't you see? Jagex didn't make the POH's as some god awful arduous experience that forced you to do pointless tasks for little reward instead you get to see your creation grow as you put your time and effort into it. We still are doing pointless tasks but we are getting a grand reward, a place of our own, a place for friends to hang out and relax with us. The POH's are not meant to make money, they're meant to create a new experience in RS, an enjoyable one where you can take a load off from all of your fighting time. Relax and enjoy the comforts of your own home, don't worry about making money, just relax. PLEASE DONT CONFUSE RS WITH THE REAL WORLD! for the past couple of years i didnt need my character (not even a real person) to live in a house. Its not like its a necessity in rs. we neeed houes in real life and we get something back when we sell the house. In rs you cant sell or merchant houses(which would be weird). yes its a fun skill but it is for the richer unless you want to stand there hacking at wood and mining ores. Then it would be a boring skill. How do you relax in ahome in rs!?!?!? that would be kind of boring sitting there looking at an electronic picture of fake stuff...im not worried about money-making what i am worried about is not getting back what i have spent. as i hear people spend 100-200k to get 30 construction. yeh, im gunna spend freaken 10 million to get a dragon or 24 million to get a demonic throne...mmhmm what skill can make those? dont get me wrong its not like i hate construction but it seems like you are losing your money.

its a bogus skill for rich people :roll: no money to be made and costs loads...no skill should have to be like that (slayer is understandable)

oh i disagree we do it for fun but we need something in return how can we do something for fun that costs moneybut we get nothing back yes we can use other skills but thats not the point. there needs to be a reason to i know you say its fun but we need something for our dollars spent on building a huge house. If we could sell houses to npcs for millions itd be worth it but...what do we get in return besides a bit of fun.... so you are pretty much saying its a rich person's skill? i dont think any skill should be like that

alright i see what you guys are saying but when you get down to it.... what money can be made? i know you can sell the tablets but will that repay the thousands (or millions) of gp spent on the skill? ihear its an expensive skill. If you are rich go for it but if not i think you should stay away from it

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! you cant make more than you spend from this skill its just another game played by jagex (to try and decrease the inflation :roll: ) if you have the money go ahead but for all the regulars and serfs(lol) dont waste your money. I wont change this opinion until someone shows me proof they can make money off of this skill

no chances ive tried. No, I am not being negative im just pointing out the odds. --> 1:1,000+ I have done over 150 runs with vskirt, dmed, and torags legs. It is great cash though however Guthan spear is not likely on your first run. Off topic: I got guthans plate, torags plate and guthans skirt the last 10 trips I did.
