Why your house and not someone elses. You know like a member of the clan's house? Or the clan leaders house?

If it works for the members involved, including yourself. You shouldn't have any problems as long people do show up.

People listen to my orders. My community consists of only 2 leaders. I try my hardest to make people leave elitism etc. at the door. I make sure that everyone gets a say in things regardless of what it is. It's why I believe I never had any problems. I had a few people who wanted 'power' but I have a rather elaborate ruse against those kinds of people. :) From one of my members himself:

Lately, I've noticed that more and more people join clans/guilds/communities only if they become a leader of a group of the the clans. If they are are declined from the leadership position, they don't join! Note, I'm not talking about Co-Leaders of the clan, I'm referring leaders of a certain group in the clan. I find this a little strange if not interesting. What are your thoughts?

I have multiple donation accounts. If we have an event, all the items are collected by the appropriate donation account.

That's the general idea of the bank. Nobody only but the leader knows the password to the bank. Just make it clear that all donations aren't going to be returned because they'll be used for events etc.

Love. No kidding, your members must love the clan enough to be willing to donate. Be sure to make donations 100% optional But you know that already also.

Yes, that is so true, you have to donate so the members see you aren't stealing the items. If your members don't trust you in the first place then there's something wrong with the clan. You don't have to donate but if you do, keep it on your account.

If you yourself have anything to donate to your own clan. Keep it into your own bank. Don't risk it. A clan without a leader is no clan at all.

Haha, it's more than that. Our miners Guild is currently stockpiling ores. Thos ores will go to our smiths account who'll hand the ores out to the smiths when we have a order to fill or if we are just having an event. Everything must be kept track of otherwise donation accounts become too much of a hassle.

Exactly, the clan banks are perfect for raw materials to be given to your workers on the day of the event. :)

Well, the Clan Bank is a great way to show your members that they can trust you. I myself have to use 4 accounts and then some to store items that are being donated. Basically, the bank should hold the items until the time for an event comes. Always keep track of who donated what and when.

If the post once and never post again, I remove their accounts, no questions asked. If you're too lazy to do what I ask you then I'll be sure to return the favour.

I don't know, more and more clans are popping up around here. It could just be me.

It seems a little empty. Perhaps add a tree?

Thanks guys. Yeah, Imhomer, it is pixel. I used the Gimp 2. I used the pencil tool to detail and what-not. So I would think it is pixel. I could be wrong. Took some time to make too.
