Depends on the method. Most of my levels I got from Fletching and alching, Slayer dart at the Barrows, Ice Bursting at Castle Wars/Pest Control, and just every day Mage. It really depends.

What's a good estimate for about how long it would take with Pest Control?

Teleothering is expensive. I'm only 82 mage too :( So far, fletching and alching has been getting me levels. It just gets very boring.

What is simply the best way? Some people say fletching and alching but I see people who either can't runecraft nats or fletch bows who have 94 mage. It's a goal of mine and I'm simply wondering what a good way to get it is.

The five points on a pentagram actually represent: Fire Wind Earth Water Spirit. So it was probably just put there because it seemed logical. The upside-down pentcle is a satanist symbol. A pentagram and a pentacle are two different things. A pentagram is most often used when it's a star with a circle but a pentacle is just the star.

Snapdragon seeds work REALLY well. You can buy for 11-12k each on most normal worlds and sell for up to 25k each on the forums. It takes a while to buy the seeds but it's a huge profit.
